Development Update
The development team would like to provide an update on the current status.

As mentioned before, MBC is working on an New PoW Algorithm in order to keep mining ASIC-resistant. The main part of the development is ready, and is available on the test network.

To accelerate the development and release of the new algorithm, the development team is seeking support:
1. Updates for 2 pool engines (NOMP and YIIMP),
2. Updates for 3 different mining programs (CPUMiner, AMD and Nvidia),
3. and ElecrumX server updates.

So far the CPUMiner is ready, and partial YIIMP support is done.

Though the core developers are working on NOMP support, they are working to provide a release as soon as possible.

Android Wallet v1.0.3 Released
The Android wallet has been updated to version 1.0.3. Head over to the Google Play Store to update to the latest version.

2018 is coming to a close and what a year it has been. MBC was launched this year and it is continuing to rocket upward. We want to highlight some recent updates and announce some big plans for 2019 including a NEW PoW Algorithm!

Mirinae Developers Needed - NVIDIA/AMD

Hello MBCians, the developer team would like to get as much help as possible to prepare the deployment of the new Mirinae ASIC-Resistant algorithm.

So far Mirinae support has been added to:
- Core daemon
- CPU miner
- ElectrumX (python3 module)
- Yiimp pool

They're looking for somebody who can assist to implement Mirinae (especially Kupyna hash primitive for Nvidia and AMD miners like ccminer and sgminer).
