Microsoft to release Windows 11 build with experimental features. #microsoft #windows
Microsoft shared its plans for Windows 11 development in 2022 through a short blog post on its website. There will be three different channels of distribution - Dev Channel, Beta Channel and Preview channel.
Users on the Dev Channel will have access to some experimental features, which may or may not make it to the stable build at all. This version of the OS will be highly unstable and won't be usable as a daily driver.
The Beta Channel gets a feature set that's expected to be in line with final build and, of course, it's a bit more stable. The Preview Channel, however, remains the best way to experience the upcoming Windows 11 features as it should only contain minor issues that shuoldn't be a deal-breaker for every day usage.

A Review Blogger in China Who Called Honor Phone a Junk King Was Fined 80,000 CNY.
The internet court in Guangzhou China heard a case of online tort liability dispute involving the boundary of speech of online review blogger.
Xiaojiang, a blogger with 100,000+ followers on Weibo, was sued by the Honor Company for infringement of the right of reputation, and was finally sentenced to apologize and compensate more than 86,000 CNY (about more than 13500 USD).
The court held that in this case, Xiao Jiang was a Weibo V user (Similar to Twitter blue verification users) with more than 100,000 followers, and his posts on Weibo about digital products would attract the attention of his followers or other related categories of internet users. Therefore, Xiao Jiang should assume a higher duty of care than ordinary Internet users when making statements on Weibo, and the quoted content or reproduced information should not only be from the source, but also from a more authoritative source.

InControl is a free and one-button utility which gives users control over all non-security updates to their Windows 10 and 11 systems.
There are two features of InControl. The first one is as the noscript says, just click the "Take Control" button on the main interface of InControl. When the red word in the main interface turns green, it is enabled, to disabled, click again.
And when you need to update to a certain version, you can also use InControl for version control. You need to set it when InControl is not enabled, and the version setting in the lower left corner can be edited, and you can enter the new version number into it.
