یادآوری مهم برای اقامت سهمیه ای بدون اجازه کار – درخواست برای سال 2019
تعیین وقت جهت ارائه درخواست اقامت سهمیه ای – بدون اجازه کار برای سال 2019 از روز 27/11/2018 (برابر با 6 آذر 1397) ساعت 15:00 (به وقت محلی – ایران) آغاز خواهد شد. تعیین وقت از هم اکنون و از طریق ایمیل امکان پذیر خواهد بود. لازم به یادآوری است که ارسال یک ایمیل درخواست وقت به ازای هر متقاضی الزامی می باشد. (بدین معنی که برای یک خانواده چهارنفره می بایست برای هریک از اعضا یک ایمیل درخواست وقت به صورت مجزا ارسال شود). درخواست وقت مصاحبه بمنظور ارائه درخواست «اقامت سهمیه ای – بدون اجاره کار» برای سال 2019 می بایست از طریق ایمیل به زبان آلمانی یا انگلیسی به نشانی ایمیل ارسال شود. وقت های مصاحبه از تاریخ 27/11/2018 (برابر با 6 آذر 1397)، ساعت 15:00 به ترتیب دریافت ایمیل های تعیین میشوند. اقامت در اتریش اطلاعات ذیل به استثنای اتباع کشور های منطقه اقتصادی اروپایی، برای کلیه اتباع کشور های ثالث که قصد اقامت بلند مدت در اتریش را دارند، می باشد. برای دسترسی به اطلاعات موثق به ادارات مهاجرت مسئول در اتریش مراجعه فرمائید. این ادارات بنا بر منطقه مورد نظر اقامت در اتریش مقررات مربوطه را معرفی خواهند کرد.

توصیه می گردد جهت ارتباط سریع با سفارت #اتریش در ایران ، از طریق ایمیل اقدام نمائید. لطفاً در متن ایمیل شماره تماس قابل دسترس، نوع دقیق درخواست شما (برای مثال ویزا، اقامت، پناهندگی، تائید مدارک و غیره) حتماً ذکر شود. در صورت درخواست راجع به پرونده های ویزا که دردست بررسی می باشند، حتماً ذکر شود که درخواست در مرکز VFS یا مستقیماً در سفارت تحویل داده شده است.

An admission letter by one of the scientific universities in Vienna (Universität Wien, Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, Technische Universität Wien, Medizinische Universität Wien, Universität für Bodenkultur Wien, Veterinärmedizinische Universität Wien) is a prerequisite to join the Preparation Programme. Without admission letter registration is not possible. Students need to register in person.

Students have to pass the supplementary examinations in German and other subjects at the University Preparation Programme of the Vienna Universities before they can be enrolled in a regular degree programme at the university. The preparatory courses take place at the VWU itself (only for students who qualify for a reduced course fee) or at one of three cooperation partners. While attending the courses, students are enrolled as non-degree programme students (“außerordentliche Studierende”) at university.

The German courses consist of 320 lessons (22 to 24 lessons per week), the course fee is €1,180 (€3.69/lesson); reduced fee: €480 (€1.5 €/lesson) per semester. An additional amount of approx. 20 € for material costs (photocopies) may be charged.

If you qualify for a reduced course fee, you can attend a course at the VWU in Sechshauser Straße 33A.

Registration for students qualifying for a reduced fee (concessions)
Who qualifies for a reduced fee?

The reduced fee of €480 applies to three categories of students:

Category 1: Nationals of countries according to the List of countries

Category 2: Students who are asylum seekers, recognised refugees or subsidiary protected persons in Austria

Category 3: Students who have to pass supplementary examinations in English, mathematics, history, geography, physics, chemistry or biology only (and no supplementary examination in German) – regardless of their nationality or asylum status.

Students belonging to one of these three categories can register directly the VWU in Sechshauser Straße between January 21st and February 4th 2019.

Steps for registration at VWU, Sechshauser Straße 33A:

Issuance of payment forms and registration at VWU: January 21st to February 4th, 2019).
Please bring:
- admission letter and
- passport or
- documentation of your asylum status (e.g. Convention passport, white card, grey card, …)
Payment of the course fee by February 4th, 2019 the latest)
Enrolment in person at your university as a “non-degree programme student” by February 5th, 2019)
Placement Tests for German and English. You will be told the date for your placement test upon registration.
Start of the courses at VWU: February 28th, 2019
Attention: Other, private, course institutions are not part of the VWU system. Attending one of their courses will not qualify you for the “non-degree programme student” status.

Steps for registering at a cooperation partner:

Step 1: Register in person between January 21, 2019 and February 4, 2019 at the latest. You will also get information about placements, course times, etc.

Step 2: Pay the course fee by February 4, 2019 at the latest and enrol at your university by February 5, 2019 at the latest with the confirmation of payment.

Students continuing their courses
Students continuing their courses may do so under the same conditions. Students may change courses from one

cooperation partner to another. A transfer to VWU is possible only for students needing to pass supplementary exams in subjects other than German and already having acquired advanced knowledge of German (course result of the previous semester is level FG or WF).

It is not necessary for students to communicate their continuation of studies to the university. This is an automated process. However, the student union's fee (ÖH-Beitrag) has to be paid, otherwise your registration will be canceled.

For questions with a question word, the question word starts the sentece, and the verb ends it.

For yes/no-questions, German uses ob as a placeholder (just like "whether" is used in English):
