Dear applicants,

Please read the following e-mail carefully as it contains important information about the further steps in the admission process.

Attached you find the acceptance letter of the University of Vienna. This is an electronic version with a digital signature. It is valid without signature and stamp and can be used at any authority (e.g. for visa application). With this acceptance letter you can complete the process of admission.

Please act as follows:

STEP 1: Plan the beginning of your studies

Plan the beginning of your studies and the arrival in Vienna carefully so you can start your courses in the Preparation Programme of the Vienna Universities (VWU) and complete the other steps as fast as possible.

STEP 2: Registration for courses at the Preparation Programme (VWU) for supplementary examinations according to the acceptance letter

To prepare for and take the exam(s) to be passed before admission as an ordinary student, you can attend the Preparation Programme of the Viennese Universities (VWU).

Choose the course institution for the supplementary examination prescribed in the acceptance letter. You find all the institutions and the way to register listed here: https://www.oead.at/vwu-registration/EN
The personal registration and payment has to be done directly at the respective course institution. Attention: an extension of the deadline is not possible!

Winter semester 2017/18: 21.08. until 01.09.2017

Summer semester 2018: 22.1.2018 until 2.2.2018

Note regarding Preparation Programme of the Viennese Universities (VWU)

Note: Once you register as an extraordinary student in the VWU (A 992 840 “Universitätslehrgang Vorstudienlehrgang”), you have to complete the programme with our own internal VWU exam certificate; no external exams/certificates are accepted any more! Only the VWU exams will be accepted by the MA35 for visa purposes.

Plan your travel to Austria so you can register in the above mentioned period of time! No exceptions will be made, so if you mess the deadline you cannot register at the University of Vienna in that semester!

STEP 3: Personal Admission at the University of Vienna

After completing step 2 please come to the Admission Office PERSONALLY within the opening hours:

in winter semester 2017/18: 03.07. until 05.09.2017
in summer semester 2018: not published yet, probably mid January 2018 until 05.02.2018

Please present the following documents in original or notarised copy at the Admission Office:

your acceptance letter

a valid travel document (passport or personal ID)

secondary school certificate/diploma of completion of studies, which has been uploaded in your U:SPACE application

one passport photograph

e-card (only if you have health insurance in Austria already)

confirmation of course payment from the Preparation Programme institution

if available:

Proof of proficiency in German level B2, which you uploaded in your U:SPACE application

Certificates of supplementary examinations taken in the Preparation Programme

Trannoscripts/certificates of other universities.

STEP 4: Pay your students‘ union fee/tuition fee via

Debit card (maestrocard) directly at the counter in the Admission Office,

eps online transfer,

online banking,

payment at the bank with a payment bill.

Cash payment or payment via credit card is not possible!

STEP 5: Completion of the supplementary examinations

Plan the completion of the supplementary examinations so you have the results in time before the start of a semester so you can take up the degree programme.

Some degree programmes have an entrance examination which takes place only once a year and needs to be registered for separately. Information about this is available here: http://aufnahmeverfahren.univie.ac.at

4- معرفي نامه از محل كار و يا تكميل فرم درخواست
5- همراه داشتن كد پستي 10 رقمي به همراه آدرس كامل پستي
6- پرداخت هزينه هاي زیر از طریق دستگاه کارتخوان (POS) مستقر در دفاتر
توجه : واریز از طریق اینترنت، عابربانک و فیش واریزی بانک به هیچ عنوان قابل قبول نیست.

توجه: در صورت نیاز به نسخه دوم و سوم گواهی عدم سوء پیشینه می‌بایست مبلغ 150،000 ریال (پانزده هزار تومان) است که از طریق دستگاه‌های کارت خوان موجود در دفاتر دریافت می‌شود.

تذکر 1: افرادي که براي سفارت‌خانه‌هاي خارج از كشور نياز به عدم سوء پيشينه دارند، مي بايست اصل گذرنامه و كپي صفحه اول آن را به عنوان معرفي نامه ارائه نمايند.

تذکر 2: دفاتر به هيچ وجه حق انگشت نگاري براي افراد بالاي 70 سال را نداشته و این افراد در تهران مي بايست به اداره سجل كيفري دادسراي تهران واقع در خيابان انقلاب - روبروي دانشگاه تهران- خيابان 12 فروردين- ساختمان تبريزچی مراجعه و درشهرستان بر اساس اعلام پلیس آگاهی نمایند.

تذکر 3: اتباع خارجی جهت دریافت گواهی تشخيص هويت در تهران مي‌بايست به پليس مهاجرت و گذرنامه ناجا واقع در خیابان دکتر شریعتی، نبش خیابان معلم، پشت فروشگاه اتکا و در شهرستان‌ها به اداره اتباع خارجی مراجعه نمایند.

نرخ اين خدمت در دفاتر خدمات الکترونيک انتظامي با احتساب هزینه پستی مبلغ 137،000 ريال (سیزده هزار وهفتصد تومان) مي‌باشد که از طریق دستگاه‌های کارت خوان موجود در دفاتر دریافت می‌شود.

Amount of the tuition fee for students with non-EU/EEA citizenship from summer semester 2018 onwards


From summer semester 2018 onwards a new tuition fee structure for students from non-EU countries will be introduced.



General rule



Students who are citizens of a non-EU/EEA country pay a fee of 726.72 Euro plus the students' union fee per semester from summer semester 2018 onwards unless one of the following exceptions applies.



Exception 1: Students from developing countries



Students with a citizenship of one of the following countries are exempt from paying the tuition fee. The tuition fee is remitted during their whole regular degree programme, so they have to pay only the students’ union fee at the beginning of every semester.

Exception 2: Equal status with EU/EEA citizens



Persons, whom the decree on certain groups of persons applies to or who have a residence permit other than "student", can apply for equal status with EU/EEA citizens.

Then the same regulations regarding the tuition fee apply as for EU/EEA citizens. Bear in mind to make this application for equal status correctly and in time. All appliations are processed individually.



Exception 3: Transition period until winter semester 2021 for persons who are already students (in a regular degree programme in winter semester 2017/18)



Persons from non-EU/EEA countries, who are enrolled in a regular degree programme at the University of Vienna in winter semester 2017/18, can continue their programme by paying 363.36 Euro plus the students' union fee every semester until 30 November 2021 according to the following rules:

You are enrolled as a regular student at the University of Vienna in winter semester 2017/18.
You effect study performance of 8 ECTS regularly (recognised study achievements do not count!)
from 1 December until 30 April (for the tuition fee prenoscription for winter semester)
from 1 May until 30 November (for the tuition fee prenoscription for summer semester).
Note: for the prenoscription of the tuition fee of summer semester 2018 only the positive exams you passed between 1 May and 30 November 2017 are counting!
You do not change your degree programme at the University of Vienna.
You do not take up an additional degree programme at the University of Vienna.
You do not interrupt you degree programme at the University of Vienna.
In case you do not comply with any of the above mentioned rules during the coming semesters, you will be subject to the new tuition fee regulations.

Changing the degree programme/adding a degree programme after the tuition fee has been paid
A change of study programme or taking up an additional programme after the 363.36 Euro plus students' union fee has been paid will result in the prenoscription of the remainder to 726.72 euro. If you fail to pay the full, prescribed fee you will lose the admission at the University of Vienna (which may have negative consequences for your student residence permit).

فراخوان بورسهای تحصیلی ایفل

آخرین مهلت برای ارسال مدارک به کامپوس فرانس، تاریخ 12 ژانویه 2018 میباشد.

این برنامه در سال 1999 و بوسیله وزارت امور خارجه پیشنهاد و آغاز شده است که هدف از آن جذب دانشجویان نخبه بین المللی در دانشگاههای فرانسه و در مقاطع مستر و دکترا میباشد.

16 اکتبر 2017: قرار گرفتن پرونده ها بر روی سایت

12 ژانویه 2018: آخرین مهلت برای ارسال مدارک به کامپوس فرانس

26 مارس 2018: اعلام نتایج پذیرفته شدگان

لطفا به نکات زیر توجه بفرمایید :

لیست جامعی از موسسات آموزش عالی، اعم از دانشگاه و یا مدرسه عالی، جهت ارسال مدارک وجود ندارد. بنابراین هر یک از مراکز آموزش عالی در فرانسه میتوانند در این برنامه شرکت کرده و کاندیدای مورد نظر خود را معرفی نمایند.
پرونده ای جهت دریافت توسط داوطلب بر روی سایت قرار داده نمیشود و این مسئولیت بر عهده مرکز آموزش عالی مورد نظر میباشد که در صورت انتخاب داوطلب، فرم ها و پرونده های لازم را برای وی ارسال نماید.
شایان توجه اینکه هیچ داوطلبی به صورت مستقیم نمیتواند درخواست بورس خود را بر روی سایت کامپوس فرانس قرار دهد. بنابراین داوطلب بایستی با بخش روابط بین الملل مرکز مورد نظر از طریق ایمیل یا تلفن تماس برقرار نماید تا بتواند پرونده و درخواست خود را بفرستد.

بنابراین تمامی این مراحل از ارتباط با مرکز مورد نظر در فرانسه و فرستادن پرونده به آن مرکز و در ادامه دریافت پرونده و تکمیل نمودن و فرستادن آن به مرکز مورد نظر، بر عهده دانشجوی داوطلب این بورس میباشد.
