Here's a hard, uncomfortable truth that we all must face sooner or later.

No matter how much we strategize, plan, or work hard, we can never fully reach our potential unless we challenge ourselves with tasks and responsibilities that are not directly in our wheelhouse of qualifications.


That means that sometimes, we should be ready to take risks and try things that may not be comfortable for us.

It's only through getting out of our comfort zone and doing things that we're not qualified for that we develop new skills, gain valuable experience, and learn more about ourselves and our limitations.


It might seem daunting, but stepping out of our comfort zone is the only way to accomplish our goals and achieve greatness.


So, take a deep breath, step out of your comfort zone, and start doing things that you're not qualified for.
