People will mirror the respect you have for yourself.

Set high standards for yourself.

Get in shape, speak positively about yourself, maintain a firm handshake, take up space, and communicate loudly and clearly.

People who spend their time judging others tend to struggle with anxiety, because they think the rest of the world is constantly judging them too.

You want better mental health, focus on a meaningful, challenging goal, you will understand that no one else cares about you either.

If you're lost, the answer is education.

If you're educated, the answer is execution.

If you're executing, the answer is persistence.

If you're persisting, the answer is experimentation.

Depression comes from: "No Options, No Action".

Anxiety comes from: "Too Many Options, No Action".

Cure to Both: "Action".
