Iranian Commander: 'Saudis Actually Jews'

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps navy head has claimed the Saudis are not really Muslims, but Jews - in a recent televised address.

General Alireza Tangsiri's speech was translated by the Middle East Media Research Institute, alleging that Saudi Arabia opposes the Prophet Muhammad.

Tehran and Riyadh are backing opposing sides in the Yemeni civil war, as Tangsiri accused Saudi Arabia of a grudge harbored by the enemies of late general Qasem Soleimani.

Telegram users around the world have been reporting issues with the app, according to DownDetector.

The outage appears to have mostly hit Russia, Ukraine, Turkey and Belarus (RIA Novosti).

However, almost 500 user reports of glitches have been filed in the last hour in the US too.
