How we get manipulated at work
First, an employee is accused of not fully committing to work, and then a bunch of errands are heaped on you.
What to do?
The main thing is not to be shy: ask to specify the accusations: when, at what time, how much, and so on.
Example #2: An employee is asked to do extra work, arguing for help or a war with the competition.
What to do?
Be sure to ask what the reward for the work will be. Perhaps it will be the customary "thank you" from the supervisor, something the employee has no interest in at all.
