Tega the cute educational bot

Specializing in the development of social robots, the Personal Robotics Group from MIT has created a cute Tega bot focused on teaching preschool children Spanish.

The bot has 5 degrees of freedom, is able to move its body, tilt its head and show emotions on a special screen as feedback to the child.

Tega is designed to work with children for a long time without parental supervision.
