Привіт!
Сезон відбору на стажування та ньюград позиції у FAANG вже почався, і ми хочемо допомогти людям підготуватися до цього процесу. Ми будемо проводити мок інтерв'ю за донати. Усі зібрані кошти направимо на гуманітарну допомогу та допомогу ЗСУ.
Це вже друга ітерація цього проекту, результати першої спроби можна подивитися тут.
Про мок-інтерв'ю: проводимо англійською мовою, можна обрати складність проблем – leetcode easy / medium (hard за запитом), зручний час. Після моку обов'язково дамо невеличкий усний та детальний письмовий фідбек. Мінімальний донат 10$.
Донати можна відправити безпосередньо в один із обранних фондів або на нашу банку моно, якщо тобі так зручніше. Детальніше про фонди та оплату можна почитати тут.
Свій досвід ми збирали кілька років і успішно проходили скринінги та інтерв'ю у Google, Bloomberg, Meta, Microsoft, DeepMind, TikTok. Також ми запросили інженерів з Bloomberg, Snap, Citadel та Meta.
Ми очікуємо що ти студент, який подається на стажування або ньюград позиції або той, хто тільки починає готуватися до відборів у FAANG.
Якщо ти вже маєш достатній досвід але хочеш потренувати алгоритмічні інтерв'ю, то ми можемо поставити тебе у пару з досвідченним інженером з FAANG.

Форма закриється ввечері 31 серпня .
Моки розпочнуться з 4 вересня, і будуть проходити два тижні до 17 вересня .

The interview season for FAANG internships and newgrad positions has already begun, and we want to help people prepare for this process. We will conduct mock interviews for donations. All collected funds will be sent to humanitarian aid and to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This is the second iteration of this project, the results of the first attempt can be seen here.
About the mock interview: we conduct it in English, you can choose the difficulty of the problems - leetcode easy / medium (hard on request), a convenient time. After the interview, we will give you a small verbal and detailed written feedback. The minimum donation is $10.
Donations can be sent directly to one of the selected funds or to our requisites if that is more convenient for you. You can read more about funds and payment here.
We gathered our experience over several years and successfully passed screenings and interviews at Google, Bloomberg, Meta, Microsoft, DeepMind, and TikTok. We also invited engineers from Bloomberg, Snap, Citadel, and Meta.
We expect that you are a student applying for internship/newgrad position, or someone just starting to prepare for FAANG selections.
If you already have enough experience but want to practice algorithmic interviews, we can match you with an experienced FAANG engineer.

Yesterday morning we closed the registration form for the second iteration of the Mock2Help project.
Overall, we need to conduct 38 mock interviews and review 8 CVs.
At the moment, we are matching interviewers and candidates, so you should receive your interview invitations soon.
Regarding donations, we managed to gather more than 50 000 UAH!
It is a huge sum, and we really appreciate your support.
The detailed report will be shared during the weekend.

За другу ітерацію проекту mock2help нам вдалося зібрати 51 583 грн.
Розподіл був таким:
- 38 450 грн надійшло до фонду «Повернись живим».
- 9041 грн було зібрано на нашому банківському рахунку.
- 1450 грн надійшло до Благодійного фонду Сергія Притули.
- 2642 грн (0.00355 BTC) відправлено в Europe humanitarian aid.
Найбільші донати – 18 000 грн та 12 000 грн.
Як і минулого разу, ми подвоїмо зібрану суму на наш рахунок.
Усі ці гроші ми передамо до Благодійного фонду Сергія Притули.

Two biggest donations are 18 000 UAH and 12 000 UAH.
Like last time, we will double the amount collected to our account.
We will send all this money to the Charity foundation of Serhiy Prytula.

- We are finishing CV reviews, so if you want one more iteration — send an updated resume ASAP
- Due to the personal circumstances of the admin team, we don't know when we will conduct the next iteration of interviews. But we guess you can expect the next iteration by the end of October.
