创新批量处理架构，将分散的亲和性设置合并执行

减少系统调用次数，提升设置效率

支持CPU亲和性与cpuset批量操作

4. 内存与性能优化

优化数据结构布局，减少内存碎片

引入引用计数机制，安全的内存管理

智能缓存淘汰策略，避免内存泄漏

5. 自适应扫描策略

根据进程数量动态调整全量扫描间隔

小规模环境(＜50进程)30秒间隔，大规模(＞200进程)120秒间隔

平衡实时性与系统开销
