Are there those who haven’t heard about #ChatGPT?
ModumUp’s founder, Olga Bondareva, has shared her thoughts on the service. Copywriters are understandably worried that robots could replace them. To figure out how ChatGPT can be used, it is important to ask if it is a friend or a foe.
ChatGPT can be employed for a number of tasks, such as:
1. Preparing a content plan and posting ideas
2. Generating content from scratch
3. Interview questions
4. Proofreading posts in English
5. Translating posts to English
Although ChatGPT has a better command of the English language than humans, it is still important to proofread the text and make sure that it is of high quality and does not contain any errors.
Olga believes that people will not be replaced by AI in the foreseeable future, as long as creativity, logic, and fact-checking are included in the writing process and the experience of people and companies is relied upon more than general knowledge from the internet.
❓What's your experience with ChatGPT?

ChatGPT for Content
Now many copywriters are panicking that they'll be replaced by robots. I suggest figuring out which scenarios #ChatGPT can be applied to. Is it a friend for a content manager or an enemy?

Recently, Olga Bondareva, ModumUp’s founder, shared her thoughts and experience with LinkedIn Live.
At ModumUp, we've come to value the underrated power of LinkedIn Live. With this feature, we've been able to reach thousands of our target audience.
🔥For instance, for our last webinar (https://lnkd.in/dT6FdQqi), we sent out automatic invitations to about 10,000 targeted people. In the end, roughly 2,000 people registered, and we had 900 viewers in total, with 152 of them watching live at its peak.
We collected over 2,000 contacts from our target audience. We followed up with selected contacts, and added the others to our database for announcements of future events and materials.
The great thing about LinkedIn Live is that it makes it incredibly easy for one LinkedIn user to send out up to 1,000 invitations for an event in a few minutes!
How to do it:
🔹 Create an event and choose to have registration on LinkedIn, not a link to an external landing page.
🔹 Click Share -> Invite (you can see how it works on our new event page https://lnkd.in/dRqm7ezQ).
🔹 Choose an industry or location for your target audience. It's important to choose a filter, as it's the only way the mass invitation will work.
🔹 Scroll through the list until it loads completely.
🔹 Click the checkbox at the top, next to the filters. All people from the list will be automatically marked (you can invite up to 1,000 people in one week).
🔹 Press the Invite button.
Using multiple profiles to send out invitations can help you quickly build up a base of participants for your event, especially if it's of interest to your target audience.
With LinkedInLive, you can only invite your 1st degree connections to the event, but when they accept the invitation and register, their connections will be able to see it, allowing the event to go viral and reach a wider audience.

NEW POST MUP.pdf

Once a quarter, we hold an internal corporate event - the Fail Conf. We analyze the difficulties our project teams face and identify key lessons learned from these situations.
📌A case study example:
A client wanted to write the content for his profile himself, as he had had a negative experience with content managers from other agencies in the past.
📌 A challenge:
The client couldn't write the posts himself because he didn't have enough time to do it.
📌 The result:
The project had to be finished because, due to a lack of content, the audience had no trust in the expertise and personality of the client. Consequently, the outbound lead generation results decreased significantly.
📌 The conclusion we made for ourselves:
Try to keep the content within our scope of work, and not transfer it to the client’s side.
At the start of the project, we set a client up for a co-creation process. What does the process of preparing content for a client's profile usually look like:
1. We develop positioning, prepare a content plan, and a list of topics.
2. Then, on the weekly call with a client, we discuss this list of topics, and find out situational corporate news and announcements that a client would like to share with their audience. Situational posts evoke emotion from a client, which means they will get a good engagement from the audience as well.
3. After that, we prepare a post and send it to a client for approval.
If we see that a client has noticeably complicated the text, making it long, adding a lot of professional terminology, and creating long sentences, then we always give recommendations on how to adapt the post for social media and find a compromise.
Our aim is not only to listen to the client, but also to provide them with expert insight into the specifics of social media. We believe in the power of co-creation and partnership, and make this the core of each of our Social Selling projects.

Building a Scientist's Personal Brand on LinkedIn: How and Why
We’re proud to announce our next case study featuring Sergey Plis, a Professor of Computer Science at Georgia State University and a director of machine learning at the Center for Translational Research in Neuroimaging & Data Science (TReNDS). Sergey enlisted the help of ModumUp agency to maintain active social media profiles on LinkedIn and Twitter.
We’ve been working with Sergey for the past 1.5 years, and during this time, Sergey's audience on #LinkedIn has increased by 5 times and on #Twitter by 10 times, and his posts have gone viral to tens of thousands of people.
Sergey also noticed that more people started to recognize the work that he and our ModumUp team do. The number of views on his content frequently outnumbered his connection and follower base by two to three times.
This case study highlights the importance of the co-creation approach in our projects, which helps to achieve better results and positive feedback from the audience. We also discussed how we structured the information and presented it in a format suitable for each social media platform.

How to use LinkedIn Post Analytics to improve lead generation results?
Ekaterina Altbregina, ModumUp’s Marketing Director, answeres this question in the video above.
You can access the analytics for each post completely free of charge. What's most exciting about Post Analytics is that it allows you to see all impressions by job noscripts, locations, companies, company size, and industries.
You can use this data to analyze who viewed your content and if you notice a lack of representation from your target audience, it’s better to send more connection requests to your potential leads and interact with their posts more actively.

ModumUp's founder, Olga Bondareva, has recently shared some life hacks on how to break through lots of spam and lack of attention on LinkedIn.
So why is ignoring on LinkedIn the most common reaction?
- People receive so much spam, sometimes too much, especially in certain markets (for example, in the US)
- People often lose focus or forget: They get distracted and messages get lost
- Maybe they don't understand what you want from them in the first place
- Or they simply don't need what you're offering
Follow-ups are necessary to break through the spam and lack of attention.
How to remind them of yourself?
- Be systematic in your approach
- Provide value in your communication
- Personalize your messages
What to include in your follow-up?
- Additional details and materials related to your proposal
- Useful content (articles, videos, guides or ideas)
- Personalized video or audio
- Emojis can be used sparingly to add a touch of personality
- Invitations to events
How often to follow up?
- Remind your potential clients of yourself within 3-5 days after sending useful content or a proposal
- Follow up every 2-4 months with people who started ignoring you after an active conversation
- Reach out again to people, who showed no interest in your proposal, every 6-8 months (their situation can change!)
- Stick to the agreed-upon timeframe (if you have one)
P.S.: The screenshot shows a discussion about a noscript for #SocialSelling on #LinkedIn 😄

What actions might a company take if a Social Selling agency manages a LinkedIn profile of one of its employees who later leaves the company? We would like to share our experience on this matter.
We help manage profiles of both founders and hired managers. However, we work with hired managers more often because it is a common practice in large and medium-sized companies to promote their teams and invest in them. This investment often serves as a way to retain individuals within the company.
There have been two cases when people whose profiles we managed left. What should be done in this situation?
1. We still have a database of all the contacts with their statuses, making it possible to involve different employees to communicate with them. Additionally, we have analytics on noscripts, posts, and other mechanics of Social Selling to understand how they work precisely for your product/service and your audience.
2. We prepare a post for the outgoing person's page to introduce a new person as a replacement.
3. For leads with whom we are in active conversations, we create joint dialogues to introduce them to a new person.
We share our contact list with the other person from our client company without any loss.
Social Selling operates with complete transparency; all the contact information, status updates, and analytical data concerning noscripts, content, and other operational aspects remain intact and accessible to other employees responsible for the project from our client company. This ensures that your product or service can continue to be promoted effectively, even when a team member departs.
