How did Palworld become known as "Pokémon with guns" instead of "Pokémon with human trafficking and slavery"

A few years ago I had an idea for a mystery movie that gets released in like nine different versions. Every version has slightly or drastically different events and endings but the characters are the same, and the full story can only be understood using information spread out across the nine versions. If this movie got a theatre release then different theatres would get different versions, and copies for purchase would also be different based on where you get them from and where you are

The idea isn't to have one person watch nine versions of the same movie, it's to have nine people watch their own version and then come together to figure it all out

I wonder how long it would even take people to figure out how many different versions there are and indeed that there are multiple different versions

Ideally there would be discussions online after the movie's release where people are discussing it and slowly coming to the realisation that they all watched different movies
