Nonostante io sia quella che viene definita una persona “visiva” (o forse proprio per quello) da tempo ragiono sull’idea che la vista sia il senso meno sviluppato e/o importante. Lo penso perché lo sviluppo decisamente visivo della nostra specie (scrittura, disegno, fotografia, video) mi pare zoppicare e comunque sbilanciare altre parti di me/noi.

È la premessa per spiegare perché mi ha incuriosito questo articolo che porta acqua al mio mulino, per così dire. E anche parecchia.

Certo che erano davvero una bella banda di pazzi. Ho sempre trovato sorprendente il quantitativo di materiale video relativo ai primi tempi di Apple che negli anni è filtrato e diventato pubblico grazie a Youtube. Questo relativo a cosa sia la leadership, su come si assumano, si guidino e si gestiscano le persone è veramente notevole.
