## Why are eggs in Italy not refrigerated?
Eggs in Europe are not refrigerated because they don’t need it. The reasons why American (and Japanese) eggs must be refrigerated is that:

Il lavoro di noi giornalisti è collegare i puntini, non solo dare le notizie crude e poi lavarsene le mani. Per quello bastano i comunicati stampa. Ritengo sia mio dovere se non altro fornire il punto di vista ultra-documentato che viene offerto ai lettori negli Usa.
In questo caso, indiscrezioni rivelano che Boeing ha rifiutato le procedure di sicurezza che avrebbero evitato i due incidenti mortali del Boeing 737 Max.
