呼啦圈游戏（划掉）《健身环大冒险 Ring Fit Adventure》比想象中的 hardcore，子不量力地按推荐选了“扎实”难度，打第一关 boss 的时候简直要死了。感觉这个偏无氧一些，要死要活运动半个小时才 67 大卡，相比起来《健身拳击 Fit Boxing》半小时轻松 200 大卡，感觉减脂增肌可以配合使用。
游戏本身还是挺有趣的，那个环有电子压/拉感，阻尼适中。joy con 上还能用传感器测心率，跟 fit bit 交叉对比了一下也挺准的。游戏玩法主要是通过腿部 joy con 加那个 ring con 组合监测动作，基础动作是原地慢跑/高抬腿跑+向不同方向挤压/拉伸 ring con，遇到敌人有各种动作（如深蹲等，会随着关卡解四十种技能），战斗部分利用这些动作攻击敌人，相当于集中训练。
我本来以为只有中文界面，结果居然全程中文配音，而且水平相当不错。加上逗逼的人设，沉浸感/娱乐性还是挺强的。
总体下来第一天体验就觉得这 80 刀花的肯定值，80 刀也就一两个私教 session 吧，这游戏买了再怎么喜新厌旧也得一周才吃灰不是？还不用开车去 gym，满足肥宅懒癌。也挺有话题性的，po 了图之后已经有朋友要立刻去实体店里可买了。
唯一的不满大概是只有实体版，要是跟其他实体游戏同期玩换卡好麻烦…（再次忏悔一下最近已经三张卡都只有插了换积分打开都没打开过了…
