🪙 Deflationary model of MAI token

As you know, in the future, the Multi AI platform will become a paid service. Payment for generations will be made using MAI tokens. Part of it will be spent on paying for computational power, part on paying the model author, and another part on burning. Thus, the emission of the MAI token will continuously increase, which will lead to an increase in the token price. To achieve this, a deflationary model will be implemented.

Does this mean that the generation cost will be high?

Not at all. Thanks to the blockchain, the platform will be transparent, and thanks to the Oracle, the generation cost will always be calculated in dollars and based on the current value of the MAI token.

What will happen when all the tokens are burned?

This will not happen. Regardless of the total circulating supply, there will always be tokens remaining in the liquidity pool. Early holders can simply continue to hold their tokens and watch their position increase as the circulating supply decreases.

Important conclusion

Given all of the above, it is worth noting that the presence of real utility and a deflationary token model will inevitably lead to an increase in the price of the MAI token, without affecting the cost of generation. Thus, everyone has a reason to hold their tokens and follow the development of the project.
