IT HASNT EVEN BEEN TWO DAYS.), get horrible urges you can’t control, genuinely so restless (I’ve bent my wrists and ankles so many times because of my urge to constantly move that my muscles genuinely hurt now.), you get ticks, overstimulation genuinely makes you SICK, prone to panic attacks easily, don’t shower for weeks because your body just can’t take it or you need mental time to prepare getting into the shower, takes you 3 hours to complete a 30 minute task, can’t sleep well because your brain is constantly ON, often forget to eat or do your tasks and generally just very very overly forgetful, constantly in your own head and you can’t stand certain noises without showing a very strong and aggressive reaction:
