I had Covid for the third time in 9 months last week, (probably one of the latest, more transmissible strains). Hence, my gym work was a struggle this week and I was very weak, even hitting 185 heart rate from a mild incline walk. However, it was nothing on the 8 weeks I suffered last summer with Delta and I'll be back to my usual fitness shortly.

Now you can choose to disregard all of the government data, the CDC, this study and claim it's all lies but I don't believe the Romantic-Ludditeism promoted by some, is a compelling nationalist ideology and giving up the scientific battlefield is foolish when your biological preferences are so easily supported.
