Lately I've noticed an uptick in COVID schizo takes returning alongside Sun Tzu quotes and such.
We've seen footage of lockdown protests in China and word of food going short.
Now, this isn't a "psy-op" or Klaus Blofeld bringing back lockdowns. It's because the CCP has staked its reputation on zero COVID policy and its authoritarian methods. CCP officials have spent the last 2 years decrying how immoral liberal democracies are, for letting the virus spread.
Rather than accept that COVID is no longer a major threat to public health (with the weaker strains now becoming dominant), they've done the only thing they know how.
Within the CCP, there is a long tradition of Scientism and technocratic control of nature that "integrates Marxism with the reality of contemporary China".

I suspect the CCP will switch message shortly but these situations have a habit of exposing the liberal priors of certain influencers. So concerned are they for the human rights of global citizens and free trade.

He's a DoD contractor, openly mocked Bolivians for having their National Socialist government toppled by the CIA and once tweeted an outrageous lie to manipulate the Tesla stock price.
If he is to take control of Twitter, then it's entirely possible we'll see a certain level of "free speech" on Twitter that will strengthen the GOP. But he'll remain a self interested psychopath and you'll still get banned for highlighting the ethnic motivations of Paul Singer and NATO antagonisms of Russia.
