- Reboot to recovery
- Flash GApps if needed (Skip this step if you want vanilla or sandbox GApps)
- Format data again
- Reboot into the system

IF YOU FACE STORAGE PROBLEMS WHILE INSTALLING AN APK!!:
- Reboot to recovery again
- Wipe cache, dalvik and data (Don't touch anything else other than these 3)
- Format Data
- Reboot to system
