Whenever you feel down, sad, lonely, confused or depressed, or are sick, in trouble, in darkness or chaos, or in need of a saving, healing, inspiring or loving force, it is recommended to just chant "HU (hue)", the most ancient and sacred name and word of God, the Spirit of all sounds and languages. Chanting "HU" can lead to spiritual freedom, wisdom, power and divine light and bliss. HU...HU...HU... 15-30minutes.
1.The Chalice &
The Grid of Lightworkers
Together with Light Workers all over the planet, we have envisioned a Grid of Light all over the Earth that connects the Light of every Lightworker to each other, through sacred energy vortexes.
We see this Grid as the sacred Chalice, receptive vessel into which the Group Soul is imbued with Light and Inspiration, thereby infusing each Lightworker as well.
In meditation, we as Lightworkers throughout our World rise and unite, forming the meditative Chalice of receptivity. As we integrate ourselves into the Grid, our minds are illumined. United in our intention, we are One.
Since times immemorial the Chalice has been a symbol of Service. The gifts of Higher Forces are gathered in the Chalice and given from the Chalice. The symbol of the Chalice has always stood for self-sacrifice. Whoever bears the Chalice bears Achievement. Each lofty deed can be marked by the symbol of the Chalice...

For millenia, kings, nobility, clergy, and sorcerers have kept meditation away from the masses. These were the meditations and mantras that those in power used to create the world they wanted. These are the mantras and meditations that gave meditators the power over those "in the dark." Meditators had the power to reshape and reprogram their minds whereas everyone else was stuck in their thinking - making them predictable and easy to lead.
