What are the seven rays? 💫
The seven rays come out of the white light of the Holy Spirit. You might say that the Holy Spirit is the full complement of all of the rays of the Christ consciousness. As we walk toward the fullness of the expression of the Holy Spirit, we are required to discipline ourselves on one of these seven rays. These rays are noted by the spectrum of color that we see in the rainbow.🌈

Yes, beloved, how do you ascend?
You ascend daily! It is like mounting a flight of steps. You know not the count, for the steps represent each step that must be taken in life. How to ascend is to arrive at the top step at the end of this embodiment.
You cannot leap the flights or the spirals and turns, beloved. And you do not know how many steps you must take, for each one of you is at a different place on this staircase.
Since you do not know the end or the beginning, you must keep on keeping on. You must take a step a day, a day being a cycle of an initiation that might [endure for] weeks or months.
But if you do not take the appropriate measures each day–those that you know so well–in terms of [maintaining] your harmony, the fire of your dedication, your decrees intertwined with meditation upon God, even as you invoke and meditate, visualize and affirm the Word simultaneously–if you do not fulfill in a day’s cycle the requirement of a certain step, it will be much more difficult to fulfill it later. For the next steps come upon you and then you are overloaded.
It is not that you are overloaded with menial work, beloved. You become overloaded when you skip cycles of initiation and then do not know where to turn. The army has marched on without you and you are looking for the staircase–indeed.
So, beloved, each rising and setting of the sun marks a cycle whereby you mount those stairsteps.
There are many things in the duties of the day that cannot be postponed to the next, for when they are postponed and the momentum wanes, so often the cycle is lost and the project is not completed.
And how difficult it is to get that project done when you have to crank it up again and start all over! So understand that this is life–life that is measured by the soul and the heart and the Holy Christ Self.

Daily spiritual practice - becoming a real human - peaceful, compassionate, aware, clear and firm..
Becoming a real human is a very challenging but amazing task - as a society we have not been thaught how to be a real human. Living from an awakened heart 💖
Even or maybe especially in the spiritual circles, we still are trying to escape the "human-ness" - we give our best to escape the earthly realm, with all its limitations and obstacles. Meditate ourselves "Out" of this reality... I catch myself over and over again in the escape mode..
But what if, instead of escaping into some blurry ideas and concepts about 5 D interdimensional starseed life, all we have to do is to accept the challenge to be a real human, and see this as the deepest spiritual practice, that guides by itself into memories of our origin, multidimensional soul..
Becoming aware in every act we do, in all our thoughts, emotions and finding our inner center in our human heart...
This is such an intense practice - and I feel, not able to be avoided.
As to reach the Heart Chakra, we have to work ourselves through all the lower parts.
The dirty but beneficial work of digging in our inner soil of fears, sickness, limitations, arrogance. Until we reach the level of our spiritual heart, we learned to become clear, firm, disciplined, aware, humble and out of this arises true compassion..
What a super-power!

Becoming a real human is a very challenging but amazing task - as a society we have not been thaught how to be a real human. Living from an awakened heart 💖
Even or maybe especially in the spiritual circles, we still are trying to escape the "human-ness" - we give our best to escape the earthly realm, with all its limitations and obstacles. Meditate ourselves "Out" of this reality... I catch myself over and over again in the escape mode..

Cathedral of Violet Flame.
On October 11, 1975, in San Francisco, Archangel Zadkiel announced “the transfer from the priests and priestesses of the Violet Planet of the Cathedral of the Violet Flame.”
He said: “In this moment it is being transported by angelic hosts as they carry this giant cathedral to be placed in the etheric plane of earth’s atmosphere for the consecration of the violet flame and as another focal point for souls desiring to be free to frequent while their bodies sleep at night.
And therefore, the Cathedral of the Violet Flame is placed in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in commemoration of the light of freedom of the Ruler of the Violet Planet, Omri-Tas, who does respond to the calls of men and women who pursue the light of freedom yet do not know of the violet flame.
