Kuan Yin explains how the mantra of mercy softens the heart, dissolves karmic burdens, and leads the soul into the protection of the divine circle.

"If you have hardness of heart, choose your violet flame decrees and my mantras and engage in perpetual mantra giving as the heart and the mind have impressed upon them the mantra and as the mantra begins to sing in you even as you sing in it.
Mantras of mercy will wear down layers upon layers upon layers of nonmercy in your tree of life as nothing else will.
See how by Mercy’s flame you shall be delivered of the karma–the group karma of a world that has abused God’s power, beloved.
Remember, I did it. So can you.
I leave you with a cup of Mercy’s flame in your hand. May you drink a sip daily and a sip again and again. It is potent, beloved, a potent potion, as they say. Take it, then.

🌟 During Advent, the joy of the Christmas angels can be felt almost physically as people worldwide honor the one who came to model the path of the Son of God.

🙏 Each week of Advent, we pray for the purification of the four lower bodies — etheric, mental, emotional and physical — trusting that God’s love is sufficient to resolve every unresolved condition in the mind, heart, psyche or soul.

The Heart: Sanctuary of the Holy Christ Self
How do we learn to hear the direction of the Holy Christ Self?
The saints and mystics give a simple answer: go to the heart.
The I AM Presence placed a spiritual flame—its own divine essence—within the heart center. This flame, hidden in the secret chamber of the heart, links the soul directly to God and to our origin in the Great Central Sun.
This inner sanctuary is the place to receive the light of the Presence and commune with the Holy Christ Self.
People often look for God outside themselves. Yet Jesus said, “The kingdom of God is within you.” The heart is the true center of contact with Spirit and the place where divine solutions emerge.
Meister Eckhart taught, “God’s seed is within us… where God glows and flames without ceasing.”
The ascended masters call this inner fire the divine spark, the threefold flame, the Holy Christ flame.

💜 HEART MEDITATION 💜
Following is a short meditation that can help you draw more light and love from your Higher Self into your threefold flame and heart center.
You can then send that radiant, positive energy out into the world.
1. Go within and bring your attention to your heart, placing your hand over your heart to draw your awareness there.
2. Close your eyes and breathe deeply several times until you feel calm and centered.
3. Visualize yourself seated before a beautiful altar in the secret chamber of your heart. See a threefold flame blazing upon the altar. Envision yourself robed in garments befitting this holy occasion.
4. Focus on the image of your threefold flame. Visualize large, pulsating blue, golden and pink flames radiating out from the center of your chest. Feel deep love and gratitude in your heart for the gift of life that has been given to you.
Now intone the AUM as you hold this visualization.
5. Give the affirmation in the image to increase the flow of light from your Christ Self to your heart and then out into the world.
6. Seal your meditation with the following prayer:
Beloved Holy Christ Self, I ask you to show me how to walk more closely with you each day. Keep my heart pure and attuned to your divine direction at all times. I am grateful for the gift of life and the presence of God within my heart.

The Robe of Pride and the Cup of Mercy
Kuan Yin says
I place my Electronic Presence this day over one million souls who have known the point of Christhood with Jesus Christ in ancient days of Atlantis and in ancient days of India.
So they have come again and many have exchanged their robes for the robes of this world.
And this brings me full circle to the subject of the robe of the pride of the intellect and its narrow band of attainment.
Yes, beloved, these individuals have exchanged the robe of Christhood in the Mind of God for the robe of pride–pride in the path of that human will, that human personality and that human mind.
Therefore, I say to all: Call for the divine exchange and let it take place day by day smoothly, old garments for new—
imperfect truth, imperfect love, imperfect mercy for the perfect all three, the perfection of all three.
Yes, tender ones, loving ones who seek to be as we are, we are with you.
Now Mercy’s flame and cup is offered to one million souls.
Some receive it, some do not. I regularly assign my angels to this task.
Those [angels] whose cups are rejected are themselves dejected, for they are burdened when souls who have had so great a light have now so great a pride that they do not understand how great is their need for mercy and for the forgiveness of God.

❄️ Dàxuě – The Great Snow Gate ❄️
On December 7, we enter the 21st solar term of the Taoist calendar – 大雪 (Dàxuě), Great Snow – a time when Heaven and Earth sink into deep stillness, and the human body receives a rare opportunity to restore its life-force from within.
Taoists call this period the “Great Cold Gate”, because winter energy moves downward into the kidneys and lower abdomen, strengthening our reserves. It is the season for cultivating:
☯️Jing (essence) and longevity
☯️inner warmth and immunity
☯️emotional grounding
☯️mental clarity and calm
Winter is not the time to push – it is the time to gather and store🌀
Here is a gentle Taoist practice you can try today:
🌬️ 1. Enter the quiet
Sit comfortably. Let your breath soften.
Feel the body settle into the earth.
💙 2. Smile to your kidneys
Place your hands on the lower back ribs.
Offer them a warm, loving inner smile.
Fear melts when the kidneys feel seen.
❄️ 3. Breathe the blue winter light
Imagine soft snow around you.
Inhale cool blue light → the colour of kidney vitality.
Exhale tension. Repeat 9 times.
😮💨 4. Healing kidney sound
Inhale into your kidneys.
Exhale with a gentle sound: CHOOOOOOOO…
See your kidneys glowing blue, vital, warm, full of life.
🔥 5. Activate Mingmen, the Door of Life
Rub the lower back (Mingmen).
Then gently tap to awaken the inner fire.
☀️ 6. Seal the warmth
Place your hands on the lower abdomen (dantian).
Feel your inner sun glowing softly.
Winter is not a season of doing – it is the season of storing, softening, and returning to yourself🙏🏻
When the world becomes cold, your inner fire becomes your greatest teacher.

Will you write your Christmas list as you would a letter to Santa, but write it to me and list all that you can remember whom you have failed to forgive or who have failed to forgive you, and give me that Christmas list.
Give me also your heart flame with the authority to inundate life, specifically those whom you name, with an increment of mercy from my temple and from my altar.
For, precious hearts, the way of the bodhisattvas, the way of those who will tarry until the last man, woman, and child have ascended from Terra, our way is the way of mercy.
And the way of the Karmic Board and the requirement of those who serve thereon is mercy.
Will you start, then, the new year by forgiving yourself all wrongs, all infractions of the Great Law?
Will you truly forgive—which is to forget and to forsake the past, to forsake the past?”
