Mastering Light in Your Power Center — The Throat Chakra
The throat chakra is the body’s spiritual power center.
It qualifies the light descending from the I AM Presence with a vibrant blue flame and releases it through speech.
Because this chakra governs the organs of speech, how we speak directly affects the quality of light we send into the world—and the karma we create.
Light descends as pure, unqualified energy. Through our words we qualify that energy correctly or incorrectly.
Right speech produces good karma and ascends to the blue sphere of the Causal Body; misuse muddies the chakra and creates karma that must later be transmuted.
Positive uses of the throat chakra include speaking truthfully, keeping one’s word, praising and encouraging others, teaching with love, using a harmonious tone, and exercising self-control in speech.
In the Eightfold Path taught by Gautama Buddha, the third precept is Right Speech.
Elizabeth Clare Prophet explained that right speech is mastery of the throat chakra—and that love is its source. When we raise the energies of the heart and release them through the throat, we become the compassionate ones.
As Jesus Christ taught, it is not what enters the mouth but what comes out that defiles—or purifies—a person.
Incorrect uses to watch for: gossip, slander, lying or half-truths, yelling, blaming or condemning others, cursing, verbal domination, interrupting—and also withholding words of kindness when they are needed.
A simple key:
Would I like to be on the receiving end of what I have just said?

Clear Light, Colored Lights and Reincarnation
In Tibetan Bardo teachings, particularly in the Bardo Thodol (The Tibetan Book of the Dead), the journey after death involves encountering various lights that represent either the opportunity for instant liberation (Buddhahood) or, if misunderstood, the pathway to reincarnation. These visions, which include both dazzling, frightening lights and dull, comforting lights, are projections of the deceased's own mind and accumulated karma.
The Colored Lights and Reincarnation
(The Bardo of Reality)
During the Chönyid Bardo (the intermediate state of reality), the consciousness encounters the Peaceful and Wrathful Deities, which emanate brilliant, colored light. Accompanying these are "dull" or "dim" lights that correspond to the six realms of existence (samsara). If the consciousness is terrified by the intense, pure light of the deities and instead is attracted to the softer, duller lights, it falls into the cycle of reincarnation.
Dull White Light: Leads to rebirth in the God Realm.
Dull Red Light: Leads to rebirth in the Asura (Demi-god) Realm (associated with jealousy).
Dull Blue Light: Leads to rebirth in the Human Realm.
Dull Green Light: Leads to rebirth in the Animal Realm.
Dull Yellow Light: Leads to rebirth in the Preta (Hungry Ghost) Realm.
Dull Smoke-Colored/Grey Light: Leads to rebirth in the Hell Realm.

The goal of the bardo is to recognize that these lights are the "Five Pure Lights" (or Five Wisdoms) and are in fact the true nature of one's own mind. If recognized, the deceased can attain enlightenment.

White Light: Wisdom of reality (Vairochana).
Yellow Light: Wisdom of equality (Ratnasambhava).
Red Light: Discernment wisdom (Amitābha).
Green Light: All-accomplishing wisdom (Amoghasiddhi).

The Primary Clear Light: Immediately upon death, the "Primary Clear Light" appears. This is not a colored light, but the highest state of consciousness, which, if recognized, allows for immediate liberation.
The Power of Karma: The light of the realm a person is destined for will appear more attractive and brighter than the others, driven by the power of their past actions.
Fear and Recognition: The pure, blinding lights of the deities are often frightening to the uninitiated, causing them to flee toward the "dull" lights of samsara.
The Final 49 Days: If liberation is not attained, the consciousness continues to wander in the Sidpa Bardo (bardo of becoming) for up to 49 days, with the sensations becoming increasingly defined as they approach a new womb for rebirth.

When Jesus said:
" 'I AM' the Open Door which no man may shut,"
He meant humanity to understand, that He referred to the "Great I AM," which is the Life of every individual manifest in form.
When Jesus said: " 'I AM' the Resurrection and the Life," He gave forth one of the mightiest utterances that can well be expressed.
When He said "I AM," He did not refer to the outer expression, but He did refer to the Mighty Master Presence—God Within, because He repeatedly said: "I of my self can do nothing. It is the Father within— the 'I AM' —that doeth the works." Again Jesus said: " 'I AM' the Way, the Life, and the Truth," giving recognition to the One and Only Power — God in Action within him. Again He said: " 'I AM' the 'Light' that lighteth every man that cometh into the world," prefacing every Statement of vital importance with the Words "I AM."
