The "Court of Bosnia" (a fake, unconstitutional, made-up institution forced upon this benighted EU dependency at one point by the GAE) has just lawfared the president of the Serb Republic, Milorad Dodik. Around the same time, the Romanian authorities arrested the leading candidate in their wrongfully canceled presidential elections, Calin Georgescu.

Imagine thinking lawfare is the right move, after Trump won. After Vance fired the warning shots in Munich about the freedom of speech and dissent. Literally a day after Dodik went on Rudy Giuliani's podcast as a signal he has MAGA support.

Yes, the EUrocrats really are this stupid.

The US and Russia could literally use this utter travesty in Bosnia to revolutionize their relationship. Here's how:

Sanction the German Tourist Christian Schmidt (aka "high representative" and the utterly illegal "Court of Bosnia-Herzegovina" for undermining the Dayton Accords and the peace process.

Nothing would send as loud a message about the "new sheriff in town" (per JD Vance) as doing that, PLUS un-sanctioning the unjustly lawfared Republika Srpska president Milorad Dodik, and punishing those who sought to emulate the lawfare of the US deep state.

This is also a super easy policy win for the White House. Proof the US means what it says and says what it means. A no-brainer for Russia, too. Nice show of unity to further the Ukraine and normalization talks. Bonus: renunciation of the Deep State/Democrat imperialist policy in the Balkans and its constructs.

Russia and the US are both guarantors of the 1995 Dayton Accords. So are Serbia and Croatia. Time to put up or shut up.
