💢Romanian Court overturns the cancellation of Presidential election which Georgescu won

“Just ten days before the 2025 presidential elections, the Ploiești Court of Appeal has made a stunning decision, overturning the Constitutional Court’s ruling that annulled the presidential elections of last November.

[...] the Ploiești Court of Appeal, has thrown the political scene into major legal uncertainty. A judge admitted the appeal filed by an individual and decided to immediately suspend and annul the Constitutional Court's (CCR) decision no. 32 of December 6, 2024, which invalidated last year's presidential elections.

The court, "Admits the request regarding the suspension of the execution of the contested administrative act. Suspends the execution of the Constitutional Court Decision no. 32 of December 6, 2024, until the final resolution of the case. Admits the action for annulment. Annuls the Constitutional Court Decision no. 32 of December 6, 2024."

Bio sam uzdržan ovih dana jer čovek nije znao da li posle razgovora patrijarha Porfirija i predsednika Putina srpskim obojenim revolucionarima treba čestitati Vaskrs ili izjaviti saučešće njihovoj obojenoj revoluciji. Susret patrijarha SPC i Vladimira Vladimiroviča bio je takav diplomatski manevar da je zadao jači udarac цветной революции nego što je Krvava litija zadala Konkordatu ili patrijarh Gavrilo Trojnom paktu.

Manja je histerija nastala među montenegrinima posle Amfilohijevog bacanja kletve svetog Petra Cetinjskog na Milov režim nego kod nas posle duplog pasa Porfirije-Irinej pred Putinom. Pretnja anatemisanjem organizatorima Rumeničke pihtijade manje je uznemirila gurmane od jedne patrijarhove rečenice, koja je u blokadnim bablovima proizvela efekat "lisca u kokošinjcu".

Rastrojstvo ide dotle da isti oni koji su navijali za prozapadnu opoziciju dok je potkazivala sopstvenu državu u Strazburu posle izbornog debakla; isti ljudi koji su ispraćali studente bicikliste na sastanak sa Gordanom Bosancem; isti oni koji na dvadeset šestu godišnjicu bombardovanja RTS-a ispred zgrade Javnog servisa skupljaju donacije za trčanje do sedišta NATO-a; isti ti ljudi optužuju patrijarha za izdaju zemlje Kremlju.

Uverljivije bi bilo da su izašli sa tezom da je na sastanku sa Putinom u stvari bio Porfirijev chat-bot hologram kreiran u tajnim laboratorijama BIA-e i FSB-a, odmah pored magacina gde se čuva zvučni top. Poznato je da revolucije jedu svoju decu, ali ovakav slučaj revolucionarnog autokanibalizma, da citiramo PROGLAS akademika Kostića, još nije zabeležen.
