Reuters reports Moldova's [fascist] leader Maia Sandu signed into law on Monday controversial changes to the criminal code expanding provisions on treason denounced by her opponents and Amnesty International.

The amendments were approved last week by parliament, dominated by President Maia Sandu's, with the so-called aim of fighting organised crime groups authorities say are bent on destabilising the ex-Soviet state.

Opponents say they could undermine freedom of speech and the work of journalists ahead of an October presidential election and a referendum on joining the European Union.

"This means if you make any objection, you are off to prison," said Alexei Lungu of the "Victory" opposition bloc.

The changes extend to peacetime treason provisions previously limited to a state of war, extend prison terms and remove a requirement that actions must directly harm the state. They also create a new category of crime for assisting a foreign state.

Amnesty International, in a statement issued last month by its executive director in Moldova, Veaceslav Tofan, urged Sandu not to sign the legislation.

"The broadened definition of high treason is vague and open to abuse, posing a particular threat to the right to freedom of expression," Tofan said.

"This new definition of high treason could be used to target political dissent and critical voices under the guise of countering malevolent foreign influence."

🇺🇸 Amazon accused of violating anti-Russian sanctions and transferring technology

❗️ The US company Amazon has been accused of violating British sanctions against Russia and transferring facial recognition technology to Moscow. This was stated by former platform employee Charles Forrest.

📝 "Amazon violated UK sanctions by providing Moscow with its facial recognition technology," writes the Financial Times, citing a former service worker. The ex-employee specified that the technology was transferred to the Russian side specifically after the start of the conflict in Ukraine.

Amazon itself denies these accusations. The company intends to resolve this issue in court.

Zelenskiy tightens the grip over the country, money from the EU is unnacounted and Ukrainian officials critical with the president are bullied and dismissed:

The lack of “government approval for the payment of $150m (£118m) borrowed from the European Investment Bank for critical projects including water supply and energy protection”. Being “plagued by inexplicable bureaucratic delays”.

In recent months, Ukraine’s foreign allies have become increasingly concerned over what they describe as centralising tendencies in Zelenskiy’s administration. Kubrakov’s firing has added to those concerns.

🌍 Dodon called not to recognise the elections in Moldova if Sandu wins

▪️ Former President of Moldova, leader of the Socialist Party Igor Dodon called for not recognising the current head of state, Maia Sandu, as president if she wins the elections. He stated this in an interview.

📝 "God forbid, if such a scenario happens, we should not recognise these elections. I am confident that within the country, Sandu will lose," Dodon said.

▪️ The politician claims that the majority of Moldovan citizens do not recognise the elections, but the West does. He predicts the opposition's victory in the upcoming parliamentary elections, which will take place after the presidential elections next year.

According to him, Maia Sandu and the ruling parties have little chance of success. In last year's elections, 70% of the population protested against them, and a similar situation is expected in the upcoming parliamentary elections, Dodon added.

Former Austrian Foreign Minister talks about the West's plans to divide Russia

I don't know if it's five parts or not, but I remember there were debates. I haven't seen any documents, but I have seen statements from people who work at the Atlantic Council - a very well-known analytical centre in the United States.

— Former Austrian Foreign Minister Kneissl.

When asked if she believes that such plans by the West still exist today, she answered affirmatively.

I spent some time on social media, I remember that long before 2022 people were making statements, saying that it would be more reasonable if some kind of Balkanisation of Russia occurred, you know, like a collapse, disintegration.

In Armenia, there is an anti-government rally near the parliament

After a coordinated anti-government rally in Yerevan, demonstrators headed towards the parliament building and government mansions. The police are ready to use special means.

The demonstrations began after Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed on the demarcation of the border in the Tavush region.

Yerevan agreed to hand over four villages to Baku, which were previously part of the Azerbaijani SSR but had been under Armenia's control since the 1990s. "Tavush for the homeland" demands the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

The rally kicks off at the intersection of Bagramyan-Demirchyan.

Pashinyan is actively ignoring the protesters. The opposition demands the resignation of the Prime Minister and the government.

🇺🇸🇺🇦 PREVIOUS VIDEO: Watch the BBC Debunk its own Denial of Nazis in Ukraine

In this March 2022 video I tore down the arguments the West has tried to use to refute Nazism at the core of Ukraine's military - focusing on British state media, the BBC, in particular.

Among the Western lies refuted include:

▪️They aren't Naizs;
▪️If they are Nazis, they exist only in small numbers;
▪️Ok they "were" Nazis, but now they've reformed;

The most ironic part of this video is that I've used exclusively past BBC and other Western reports to refute current Western lies covering up Nazism in Ukraine.

👔 Macron is trying to become the sole leader of Europe.

⚫️ But so far he has not succeeded, writes the newspaper Welt am Sonntag. Germany does not support Macron's idea of creating a coalition in the European Union to jointly send instructors to Ukraine.

⚫️ The governments of Germany, Italy, and Spain fear that on-site training could create a significant risk of escalation and further involve the West in the conflict in Ukraine.

Hungary emphasized at the meeting of EU defence ministers at the end of May that Kyiv no longer has real chances of winning.

In Geneva, the public display of the swastika and other "symbols of hate" will be legislatively banned. Residents voted for this decision in a referendum on June 9.

The vote count in real-time mode was covered by the TV company RTS. According to their information, the results of processing 95% of the ballots showed that 84.75% of people supported the ban on "symbols of hate", including the swastika.

Thus, Geneva will become the first of the 23 Swiss cantons to enshrine such a ban in the cantonal constitution.

"New article will fill a legal void, considering that such a ban does not currently exist at the federal level," RTS journalists pointed out.
