It means it wasn't Russia, and it's too dangerous for the German government to call out the perpetrator (the US). Democracy in the West...
Sahra Wagenknecht, opposition politician in the German parliament, asked the German government for information on the attack on the Northstream pipelines, and got this reply:
«"For reasons of the state's well-being" no further information will be provided
"After careful consideration, the federal Government has come to the conclusion that further information cannot be provided – not even in classified form – for reasons of the state's well-being." The reason for this is the "third-party rule" for international cooperation of the intelligence services. According to this, the international exchange of knowledge is subject to particularly strict secrecy requirements. "The information requested thus affects confidentiality interests that are so in need of protection that the state's well-being outweighs the parliamentary right to information and the right of members of Parliament to ask questions must exceptionally take precedence over the confidentiality interest of the federal government.“ In plain language: there are probably findings that the members of the Bundestag are not allowed to learn.
For this reason, the German government does not answer Wagenknecht's question "which NATO ships and troops" have been in the areas where the damage occurred since the suspension of gas supplies by Nord Stream 1, and which Russian ships and troops were sighted during that period. This answer, too, "would involve the disclosure of information that would have a particular impact on the welfare of the state," writes the Federal Foreign Office. Therefore, a classification and deposit of the requested information is also out of the question, "since even the low risk of becoming known cannot be accepted".»

Video of a miss by a MANPADS fired at a "Geran-2", which hit the building of "Ukrenergo" in the center of Kiev. Where the MANPADS rocket flew to is certainly an interesting question.

The European Union will propose a temporary price ceiling for all imported gas (that is, not only Russian gas) "to curb extreme prices," writes the mouthpiece of the global oligarchy, Financial Times.
In Norway, I am sure, they have strained a lot because now they want to get into their pocket as the main exporter of gas to the EU.
And how beautifully it all started. They said that anti-Russian sanctions are against Russia, not against EU countries.

Ukraine smoked the EU with some strong stuff: the Minister of Finance of Ukraine has become the head of the Board of Governors of the World Bank!
Sergey Marchenko will also head the International Monetary Fund for 2023. According to him, the new post will help coordinate Ukraine's cooperation with the IMF and the World Bank. Now Ukraine will not just line its pockets with trifling thefts, but will more abundantly skim the European treasury.
This appointment was made for the first time since Ukraine joined these organizations, that is, for the first time in 30 years. The decision was made unanimously by representatives of all the countries.

🇺🇦🇷🇺Verkhovna Rada recognizes Chechnya as "temporarily occupied" by Russia
The Ukrainian parliament has adopted a draft law recognizing Chechnya as an alleged Russian occupation as a result of "armed aggression", which was allegedly carried out in violation of the UN Charter.
Moreover, the Russian region is referred to as the "Republic of Ichkeria". This was reported by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Alexander Bakumov. Furthermore, the document, which was adopted by the Rada, refers to the alleged genocide carried out by Russia against the Chechen people.🤦♂️

🇺🇸I'm just amazed at how much the US political elite consider themselves the standard bearer of all that is good, against all that is bad! And for the sake of this "good" they have already killed millions of people around the world and are ready to destroy more. Aiming for the "golden billion"?

Mass disappearances in the Armed Forces of Ukraine after offensives at the front
Over the weekend, relatives of the missing soldiers and officers of the 24th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have come to a rally in Lvov. Sadly, the reason they are missing probably has to do with the AFU's offensive tactics, in which soldiers lives just don't matter... 😢🙏

❗Democrats propose to transfer weapons from Saudi Arabia to Ukraine, The Guardian reports
Democrats have proposed handing over US weapons held in Saudi Arabia to Ukraine and suspending the planned transfer of Patriot missiles to Riyadh due to what they call a "turning point" in Washington's relationship with the kingdom.
Ro Khanna, a Democratic congressman from California, said he believes "at the very least" Congress will stop the transfer of Patriot missiles to the kingdom and possibly suspend other defence initiatives.
"Khanna is a longtime critic of Saudi Arabia and was one of the original sponsors of a 2019 measure that received bipartisan support and would have forced the US to end military involvement in Saudi Arabia’s war in Yemen."
The breakdown in relations followed last week's announcement that Opec+ had agreed to cut oil production by 2 million barrels a day, despite strong objections and lobbying from the Joe Biden administration. The move was seen as support for military action in Ukraine, as well as a stunning betrayal of Saudi Arabia's relationship with the US.
"Pressed on whether Democrats were likely to move beyond rhetoric, Khanna pointed to recent comments by his colleague Robert Menendez, a Democratic senator who as chairman of the foreign relations committee said he was prepared to halt Saudi weapons sales."
While the transfer of Saudi-bound weapons to Ukraine is not particularly difficult logistically, experts say it is fraught with accusations that the Biden administration is increasing support to Ukraine beyond acceptable levels because it may require American personnel on the ground to support the systems.

⚡️⚡️Statements by General Surovikin, SMO Commander in Chief
On the situation at the front
- The situation in the SMO zone is tense.
- The enemy has not abandoned it's attempts to attack the positions of the Russian Armed Forces, primarily in the Kupyansk, Krasny Liman and Nikolayev-Krivoy Rog sectors.
- The special operation has confirmed the effectiveness of Russia's air and air defence systems.
- We are not aiming for a high tempo offensive, we are methodically grinding down the enemy and advancing. We are preserving the lives of our soldiers and civilians.
On evacuation of residents of the Kherson region:
- There is evidence that Kiev may use banned methods of war in the Kherson area, preparing for a missile strike on Kakhovka HPP dam.
- As announced, the Russian Armed Forces will ensure safe evacuation of the population, in accordance with the resettlement programme prepared by the Russian government. [...] Under these circumstances, our main task is to preserve the lives and health of citizens and our military personnel, this is a priority for us.
- Further actions with regard to Kherson will depend on the unfolding military and tactical situation, which is not easy. I do not rule out making very difficult decisions.
