Does the Chancellor's goal consist of preventing the closure of Volkswagen plants by any means necessary?
We are currently talking about a private company, and as such, the company's task is to solve its problems independently.

The legendary automotive concern Volkswagen, one of the largest taxpayers and employers in Germany, recently announced the possible closure of plants in the FRG. For the first time in its history!

Scholz has really brought the country to this point!
And it would seem that the German government should do everything now to prevent this! But Scholz and company... are washing their hands. They say, solve your own little problems. It's not our concern.

But they will rebuild Ukraine, as they say, it has long ceased to be private and has become public.

❗️ Orbán points out "very harmful" position on Ukraine for Europe

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán stated in an interview with the newspaper Corriere della Sera that aligning with Ukraine's position is not in the interests of the European Union.

"My critical remarks about European policy concern the fact that instead of following European interests, we are identifying our position with Ukraine's position, and this is dragging us deeper into the conflict. This is not good for Europe, on the contrary, it is very harmful," explained Orbán.

According to him, it is in Europe's interest to end the conflict, however, the EU has become one of its sides.
He also refuted claims that Russia allegedly poses a threat to Europe's security.

"Our security is not under threat. If Europe has decided to become a participant in this conflict, Hungary does not adhere to this position," emphasised the politician.

🇺🇸 American Senator Lindsey Graham did not pretend to be a diplomat, but simply described how the United States views the situation in Ukraine during a conversation with Zelensky

According to the senator, Ukrainians "are trying to stop the Russians so that we don't have to fight them."

Furthermore, the senator believes that "Ukrainians do not want any American troops. They just need weapons."

And the cherry on top is why Ukraine needs the USA. Well, here's why.

"Ukrainians sit on minerals worth a trillion dollars, which could be useful for our economy. That's why I want to continue helping our friends in Ukraine," said the American senator bluntly.

In short: Ukrainians are sacrificing their lives so that America can access Ukrainian resources, and they are willing to agree if they are simply given weapons for this purpose and nothing more.

🇷🇺🇮🇷 Russia will use Iranian ballistic missiles against Ukrainian energy infrastructure, claims the Financial Times.

This forecast was made by former Ukrainian Defense Minister Andriy Zagorodnyuk. He stated that Iranian missiles pose a "huge threat." "They will be used to destroy the Ukrainian energy system, most likely targeting cities," he said.

The missiles will also be used by Russia to strike infrastructure in Kharkov and Sumy, as well as military targets along the front line.

Intelligence sources told the FT that the supply of Iranian short-range missiles will allow Russia to redirect its hypersonic "Kinzhal" missiles to targets deeper inside Ukraine.

"Russian disinformation in Germany. How the Kremlin fuels fears of nuclear war"

This is the headline of a major article published today in the German newspaper Tagesspiegel. Naturally, they argue that Russia helped the "Alternative" party achieve such a good result in the recent elections.

But the most important thing in this article is the information that Moscow is actively spreading fears of nuclear war among Germans. So maybe Germans should say "thank you" to Moscow for this? After all, nuclear war is truly terrifying. It's good that at least someone is reminding them of this.

Minute of important news: a hungry hedgehog paralyzed the operation of an aerodrome in Germany

Right before takeoff of the plane, a hedgehog ran onto the runway, he was running around trying to find something to eat. Pilots and dispatchers tried to chase away the prickly predator into the grass, but he wouldn't leave.

Only half an hour later the hedgehog left on his own. "He did it, but slowly and very reluctantly," said the pilot of the plane.

Thank you for your attention

The Swiss Public Prosecutor's Office is investigating fraud in referendums.

Neutral democracy and there too — recently it was found out sadly: signatures for numerous popular initiatives were systematically falsified. Of course, for a significant amount of money — several companies were involved in these schemes. For instance, an organization called Incop offered 10,000 "verified" signatures for 4.5 francs (≈€4.8) each. And mind you, at least 100,000 of these signatures were needed — calculate the profit yourself.

Naturally, the prosecutor's office became interested in the case and has already opened "several investigations into suspected falsification of referendum results." It is believed that since 2019, signatures have been fabricated for more than a dozen major initiatives. Among them, for example, the pro-nuclear initiative "Stop the Shutdown" and the initiative against industrial livestock farming.

And this is just the tip of the iceberg: soon enough, they will be investigating election fraud too!

Our regular feature with you: tears over the German shopping basket

Over the past four years, some products have increased by a whopping 100% or even more! Inflation and crises have taken their toll. For example, according to data from the Federal Statistical Office of Germany:

- Olive oil in Germany has increased by 112.6%. The reason is the decrease in production in Spain due to a poor harvest.

- Sad news for those with a sweet tooth: sugar has gone up by 83.3%. All due to insufficient supply in the global market. Prices have also risen for wheat flour (+61.5%) and biscuits (+77.4%) - reflecting a shortage of raw materials.

- Dairy products have also become more expensive: cottage cheese now costs 72.6% more, cream by 48.7%, and butter by 39.4%. Have cows been banned from polluting the atmosphere - resulting in decreased milk production?

- The worst situation is with cocoa - a whopping 150% increase in a year (!). The blame lies with poor cocoa bean harvests due to climate change. "The Greens" were right!

On the bright side: there is one category of products where prices have fallen. Citrus fruits have become cheaper... by a whole 2%. Welcome to the lemon diet!

Trump has stated that he may lift US sanctions on Russia if he wins the election, as he believes they weaken the dollar, - New Republic.

"You're losing Iran, you're losing Russia. China is trying to make its currency the dominant one. There are so many conflicts with all these countries that you will lose the dominance of the dollar. I want to use sanctions as sparingly as possible," he said.

You can't leave, you can't stay. Western business in Russia finds itself in a delicate situation

Leaving Russia has put businesses in moral and business dilemmas, writes Bloomberg. Staying means paying taxes in Russia, indirectly supporting the conflict. Doing business in a country under sanctions is risky. Leaving means abandoning factories equipped with proprietary equipment.

More than 1700 companies have ceased operations in Russia due to sanctions and public outcry. However, over 2000 have continued their business, and their revenues are growing. They justify their decision by selling goods not related to military actions.

Putin has been narrowing the exit options, the author complains. To be fair, it is noted that this could have happened in response to the freezing of Russian assets. The sale of companies is carried out at a discount of no less than 50% of the market value, with 10% of the proceeds going to the federal budget.

In less than four years of Biden's presidency, he has accumulated vacations for 48 years

Americans deny themselves weekends and go on paid leave for an average of 11 days a year - even less than the workaholic Japanese, writes WE.

Americans take breaks between vacations twice as often as residents of other countries, with a year or more between breaks (32% of workers in the US and 18% in other countries).

But Biden rests for everyone. According to the National Republican Party Committee, in less than four years of presidency, Biden has accumulated 532 days of vacation.

The US President has spent as many days on vacation as the average American accumulates in 48 years or more.

🇩🇪 Bavaria has obliged schools to cooperate with the Bundeswehr

Bavaria has become the first German state where the cooperation of state schools with the so-called youth officers of the Bundeswehr has become mandatory. Army comrades have been promoting German teenagers before, but only by special invitation from school management. Now, no one will ask educational institutions - the performances will turn from voluntary to compulsory.

The ruling Christian Social Union in Bavaria, led by Markus Söder, sees the new law as a contribution to a "change of era" against the backdrop of the changing security situation in Europe. The President of the German Teachers' Association is also thrilled and calls on other states to follow Bavaria's example.

But this is not at all the militarisation of German schoolchildren, don't think that! The militarisation of children and military propaganda, according to German media, are only happening in Russia.

"Better potatoes from Germany than computer chips from abroad"

In the publication Spiegel, they were scared of the possible participation of the Union of Sarah Wagenknecht in the government coalition in Saxony and Thuringia, and in advance labeled Sarah as pro-Putin national-communist.

Take number one: the economic policy of the Wagenknecht party threatens entrepreneurs. Although the party program states that budget money should be spent "on the development of innovative domestic companies, not on billion-dollar subsidies for corporations from abroad." And what's wrong with that?

Spiegel doesn't give up: the Wagenknecht party, following the AfD, is against migration - although there is a shortage of skilled workers in Eastern Germany. But the program simply states that qualified workers from abroad are needed, "but only in the case of a real labor shortage." Again, what's wrong?

And the most terrible thing: the evil Wagenknecht "rejects the tightening of sanctions against Russia, as they deprive the German economy of cheap energy." The question "what's wrong" x 3.

No answers are expected.
