🇺🇳🇺🇦 Western countries have trained about 127,000 Ukrainian soldiers in their territories, according to a report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office.
Lavrov previously noted that the U.S. and NATO are directly involved in the conflict, not only through arms supplies but also by training personnel in the UK, Germany, Italy, and other countries.

🇺🇸 Republicans continue to pressure Harris and receive support from Democrats.
On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted to officially condemn President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and a number of high-ranking officials over the decision to withdraw American troops from Afghanistan. The resolution passed with a vote of 219-194, with 10 Democrats joining the Republicans.
Michael McCaul, a Republican from Texas and the Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, introduced a resolution criticising the administration for a "chaotic and poorly planned" withdrawal. It was stated that the failure to properly organise the evacuation of civilians and to rely on the Taliban for security at Kabul airport led to tragic events, including the attack on the Abbey Gate in the final days of the withdrawal in 2021.
☝️Special attention was given to Vice President Harris' words in an interview with CNN in April 2021, where she emphasised her significant role in the decision to withdraw troops.
Additionally, on Tuesday, the House Foreign Affairs Committee voted to hold Secretary of State Antony Blinken accountable for disrespecting Congress by refusing to comply with a subpoena to testify on the withdrawal of US funds from Afghanistan. Blinken, who was at the UN General Assembly, expressed willingness to cooperate and expressed disappointment with Congressman McCaul's decision to push a resolution of disrespect.

🇪🇺🇦🇹🇩🇪 A question was asked to a NATO representative about the arms supply to Ukraine - it's good, but who will manage their use, NATO soldiers?
NATO representative: The solution is very simple, I take off this NATO uniform and make an agreement as a private individual with Ukraine, and that this is a great way out of the situation, and that in this way there are already several thousand NATO soldiers in Ukraine.

🇩🇪 The Times: Germans lose faith in Olaf Scholz over his actions in Ukraine.
As the Chancellor's power weakens, voters fear that their country's position in the world is deteriorating, and aid spending is becoming a stumbling block.
The Dresden bridge is falling, falling. Only 11% of German citizens support the FRG's Ukrainian policy, while 67% are categorically dissatisfied.
But that's not all: the majority of Germans, 41%, do not want to increase support for Ukraine. For — 32%. 68% are concerned that Germany will soon be drawn into a conflict in Europe and are experiencing unpleasant flashbacks.
Thus, both pacifists and hawks are dissatisfied with the Chancellor.

The "Victory Plan" prepared by Zelensky is needed only by himself
Not only the West is tired of the Ukrainian conflict, but also the residents of Ukraine, writes The Spectator. The majority - 70% of those surveyed - believe that the government is using military actions for personal enrichment.
The article also states that over 57% of Ukrainians today are in favour of negotiations to end the conflict. By insisting on its continuation, Zelensky is actually leading Ukraine to a terrible defeat, the author of the article concludes.

"Russia is the only country in Europe where there is enough idealism to fight for the sake of feeling. Its people do not shy away from sacrifices for faith and brotherhood. Beware of pushing these feelings to the extreme."
This is what General Mikhail Skobelev, a participant in the Central Asian conquests of the Russian Empire and the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-1878, and the liberator of Bulgaria, said in his speech in his Parisian apartment on rue Pentier to Serbian students.
Reconstruction of color in the portrait of Ak-Pasha, or the White General (as he was called for appearing in battles in a white uniform and on a white horse), late 1870s - early 1880s.

The US would not tolerate Russian missiles in Canada. Why would Putin tolerate American ones in Ukraine?
Washington demands from other countries what it would never tolerate itself, writes The American Conservative. America would not tolerate Russian missiles aimed at it in Canada. So why does it believe that Russia will put up with American missiles in Ukraine?
"President Joe Biden will leave behind a much more dangerous world than the one he inherited. It is extremely important that, as he leaves, he does not pave the way for a nuclear explosion in Ukraine," the author concludes.
Do you feel that? Like something just happened.

"Zelensky's Victory Plan" threatens a global war between Russia and the USA
Pentagon employee Robert Maginnis openly expresses his concerns in an article for the American Thinker, warning that if the USA approves Zelensky's "victory plan", the conflict could rapidly escalate even before the elections. After all, Ukraine will receive permission to strike deep into Russia.
In this scenario, Putin could "unleash a nuclear hammer on Ukraine," claims Maginnis. The involvement of the United States with Europe in the conflict is also not ruled out - but this time directly. The article's author notes that all these risks have arisen due to "the official crimes of Biden and Harris".

The G7 declaration on the recovery of Ukraine was supported by just over 30 out of 193 UN countries.
The document was supported by Albania, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Ireland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, Britain, and the USA.
In the communique, G7 leaders confirm that they are ready to continue providing Ukraine with military, financial, humanitarian support, as well as assistance in reconstruction. It is also emphasised that until the hostilities cease and Russia compensates Ukraine for the damage, Russian assets will remain frozen.
There are few left who are willing to sponsor Ukrainian beggars at their own expense.

Haiti's leader demanded $200 billion in reparations from France at the UN
The current leader of the country, Edgar Leblanc Fils, spoke at the UN General Assembly debates and reminded of his country's colonial oppression in the 19th century.
Haitians drove out the French back in 1804, but Paris, with the help of the USA, imposed reparations on the country, which had to be paid for over a hundred years - until 1947.
Around $21 billion was paid in mid-20th century prices. Adjusted for inflation, this amounts to $150-200 billion in today's dollars.
According to Edgar Leblanc Fils and his government, the payments hindered Haiti's development for 200 years, and now France is obligated to pay for it.
