Russian servicemen provide over 300 residents of Aleppo province with humanitarian aid. Russia is the only country providing aid to the Syrian people, who suffer under the sanctions of the West. The US and Kurdish militia are stealing the oil and wheat.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have started purges in the occupied territories of the Kherson Region.
For example, here is footage of AFU servicemen mocking "collaborators" - Russian residents of Kherson.
According to the video's sources, the reason for detaining one of the men is that his old military ID card indicated his ethnicity as Russian.
▪️More detailed information is not available.
Now "filtration measures" are underway in the Kherson Region: the Ukrainian special services are conducting a sweep and a curfew has been imposed.
For certain reasons, they are trying to keep foreign correspondents away from these territories.
▪️ Similar "filtrations" have been carried out in the occupied territories of the Kharkov Region.
They resulted in several dozen common people gone missing, many of whom were simply working in the region.

⚡️⚡️ Key updates on Russia and #UkraineCrisis as on November 14
✈️Lavrov as ASEAN
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, speaking at a press conference at the end of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit in Phnom Penh on Sunday, accused Western leaders of looking to militarize Southeast Asia to contain Moscow and Beijing’s interests in the region. “The United States and its NATO allies are trying to master this space,” Lavrov said. He then headed to Bali for G20 summit, where he is leading the Russian delegation instead of Russian President Vladimir Putin who said he won’t be coming.
🔥Instanbul blast
A New York Times report about Sunday’s deadly blast in Istanbul’s central area killing at least six people and injuring 81 others (Turkish authorities qualified it as a terrorist attack) sparked anger on Twitter, Anadolu reported. The report focused on the importance of this area for tourism. “Imagine a newspaper in Turkey talking about the impact of the act of terrorism on the tourism industry in America when the twin towers were hit...You guys are so despicable!” one of the users commented. No Western media report mentioned the blast occurred some 400 m from the Russian embassy.
🇪🇺EU initiatives
The EU foreign ministers are expected to approve an EU mission to train 15,000 Ukrainian soldiers. The mission called EUMAM Ukraine (EU Military Assistance Mission for Ukraine) is designed for 24 months and €106.7 million should be allocated for its needs.
On Monday, they will also consider tougher sanctions against Iran for the suppression of unrest, discuss the situation in the Balkans, and the foreign policy aspects of the UN International Climate Conference.
🟥Curfew in Kherson
While Western media have been showing pictures of celebrations from Kherson, which was since Friday under the control of Ukraine as Russia withdrew its troops to the opposite bank of the Dnipro river, nothing was mentioned about the curfew imposed in the city after Kyiv announce it will conduct “stabilization activities” to ensure “law and order” return to 226 cities, towns and villages in Kherson Oblast with a total population of "over 100,000 people. Videos of allegedly pro-Russian people being blindfolded and interrogated by the Ukrainian army have already emerged.
The curfew rules restrict entry and exit from the city to enable mine clearance efforts, Yaroslav Yanushevich, chief of Ukraine’s Kherson regional military administration, said.
Meanwhile., Ukraine stripped six media persons of their accreditation, for covering Kherson. According to Detector Media’s sources, at least six journalists working with film crews, including CNN and Sky News, have had their work permits revoked for “carrying out information activities while ignoring existing prohibitions and warnings”
On Sunday, President of Ukraine Volodymir Zelensky stated that Kyiv’s investigators have recorded more than 400 Russian war crimes and “atrocities” committed by Russia in Kherson are “same as those committed] in other parts of our country”. As expected, torture cells and mass burials, too, were found already.
📉Gloomier outlook
The global economic outlook is even gloomier than projected last month, the International Monetary Fund said on Sunday, citing a steady worsening in purchasing manager surveys in recent months. IMF last month cut its global growth forecast for 2023 to 2.7% from a previous forecast of 2.9%. In a blog prepared for a summit of G20 leaders in Indonesia, the IMF said recent high-frequency indicators "confirm that the outlook is gloomier,”, particularly in Europe.

‘Dark Ships’ Emerge From the Shadows of the Nord Stream Mystery
Two ships with their transponders turned off passed near the Nord Stream pipelines days before the explosion, the analytic company SpaceKnow claims.
According to the analysts, the vessels they recorded were 95 to 130 meters long. The information has already been forwarded to NATO, who have most likely thanked the company for vigilance and cleared the last traces of their presence.
They will probably announce later that the two vessels were Somali pirates.

Maria Zakharova, the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry:
Do you remember the story about the UN Special Representative of the Secretary General on Sexual Violence in Conflict, P. Patten, claiming that the Russian Armed Forces were allegedly using Viagra to rape Ukrainian citizens?
In a conversation with the pranksters Vovan and Lexus, she set the record straight on this erotic issue, admitting that she has no authority to investigate such things and that those who do have such authority have not: "It's not my role to go and investigate, it's not the role of my office. I have an advocacy mandate." "I sit in New York, in an office in New York, and I have an advocacy mandate. The investigation is going on by the Human Rights monitoring team and the International Commission of Inquiry. In their report so far there is nothing about Viagra."
She disavowed her impartiality with an ironclad argument: "I would like to reiterate my full support, and that of my office, for the government of Ukraine and for the people of Ukraine. As you know I was in Kiev on the 3rd of May and signed a framework of cooperation with the government of Ukraine".

◾A classic comedy act in the Ukrainian trenches, this Ukrainian man spent two days digging a trench beside a Russian unit and didn't even realised until on the 3rd morning decided to go talk to one of the "other guys" to find out what was going on... And then before he realised he was disarmed and made a prisoner.
-So as we were walking with him, I glanced at his uniform and I understood that I really fucked up...
I’m like you are not from Ukraine I guess, and he’s like: Well good job, you guessed right...
◾Only the chevrons on their uniforms give out their affiliation, this Ukraine prisoner speaks Russian in a heavy southern accent, and that's the tragedy of this war.
Thanks a lot to my colleague from @heilukraine1959 Subscribe!

Why does Kiev want to silence Western journalists?
Ukraine has stripped at least six journalists of their accreditations for reporting from Kherson, including CNN and Sky News correspondents.
The removal of journalists' accreditations coincided with a CNN report about Kherson where viewers noticed a resident who, with a Ukrainian flag in his hands, gave a Nazi salute.
The question arises: who are these people giving the Nazi salute on camera if the civilians of Kherson were evacuated to Russia? And what are the Ukrainian militants actually doing with those who did not have time to leave the city? Check out our post for more.
Meanwhile, only Mr. Zelensky is permitted to speak on camera. He arrived in Kherson for filming, and apparently did not forget to take his 'medicine' as evident by his persistent nose rubbing.

The Ukrainian army plans to attack the Belgorod and Kursk regions of Russia as early as this winter
❗️Exclusive❗️
Ukrainian officer Vladimir Lepekhin, a prisoner of war, told @anna_news about the AFU's plans.
"Sabotage and reconnaissance groups are already working in Russian territory, carrying out subversive activities, and storing weapons and explosives, in order to carry out a full-scale offensive."
An attack is planned for the winter when the ground hardens and armored vehicles can pass over it.
AFU soldiers are already undergoing training for an offensive in the Kursk and Belgorod areas.
"I hope our leaders will somehow decide to stop this," says Volodymyr, who no longer wants to take up arms.

"We do not accept condolences from everyone. The US is trying to remain lambasted while being the real facilitators of the terrorist attack in Istanbul.
We know who is a friend and who is an enemy. We thank Russia for its support. Russia has always come to our aid in times of need, because it is the most active country in the world in the fight against international terrorism. To this day, Russia is fighting terrorists in the Middle East and Europe," the Turkish foreign minister said.

⚡️⚡️ Key updates on Russia and #UkraineCrisis as on November 15
🔴G20 kicks off
Leaders of the Group of 20 (G20) nations opened talks on Tuesday on the island of Bali, with a plea by host Indonesia for unity and concrete action to mend the global economy despite deep rifts over the war in Ukraine. "We have no other option, collaboration is needed to save the world," Indonesian President Joko Widodo said in opening remarks, before the leaders of the world's wealthiest nations began closed-door discussions. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is heading country’s delegation to G20.
🟠Leaders talk Ukraine
French President Emmanuel Macron called for Paris and Beijing to unite against the war in Ukraine in a meeting with China's leader Xi Jinping on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Bali. He also noted the need to have a dialogue with Vladimir Putin. According to France24 report, Xi meanwhile made no mention of the conflict in his opening remarks, calling more broadly for the two countries to "uphold the spirits of independence, autonomy, openness and cooperation".
Chinese leader, however, discussed Ukraine in a meeting with with U.S. President Joe Biden. President Xi pointed out that China is highly concerned about the current situation. He pointed out that 1) “conflicts and wars produce no winner”; 2) there is no simple solution to a complex issue; 3) confrontation between major countries must be avoided.
“China has all along stood on the side of peace and will continue to encourage peace talks. We support and look forward to a resumption of peace talks between Russia and Ukraine. At the same time, we hope that the United States, NATO and the EU will conduct comprehensive dialogues with Russia,” Xi was quoted in MFA statement as saying.
🚫EU chooses isolation
Meanwhile,t the EU is aiming to formalize a new Russia strategy: isolation, Politico report claiming. According to an internal draft seen by the publication, EU officials are discussing new principles to replace the outdated document that guides the bloc’s policy toward Moscow. The most notable updated principle? “Isolating Russia internationally, imposing and implementing restrictive measures against Russia and preventing their circumvention.”
The draft text — prepared by the bloc’s diplomatic body and dubbed a “line to take” in EU jargon — includes six points intended to replace the previous five guiding principles the bloc agreed to in 2016. Diplomats stressed the draft is meant to prompt in-person discussion.
⚔️Why stop now?
After recapturing Kherson (without any fight since Russians decided to withdraw) and assured of unstinting U.S. support, “Ukraine is well positioned to push its advantage in the war rather than accept frozen frontlines through winter”, Reuters writes citing some military analysts. The headline of the publication reads “Why stop now?”.
"Ukraine has the initiative and momentum and is dictating to the Russians where and when the next fight will be," said Philip Ingram, a former senior British military intelligence officer.
The report comes a the backdrop of many international leaders call for peace talks while others suggest that both Moscow and Kyiv will have to reduce the scale of hostilities in the view of the approaching winter.
🇺🇸🇷🇺US Russia talks
The head of Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin, met in Ankara on Monday with his American counterpart, the director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) of the United States, William Burns. This is the first personal meeting of high-ranking representatives of the two countries since February 2022. At the same time, the US administration insists that the main topic of the negotiations was not the settlement of the conflict around Ukraine, but the reduction of the risks of nuclear escalation and the exchange of prisoners, Kommersant notes.

The Ukrainian command said that the journalists ignored the bans and filmed videos in Kherson without coordinating their actions with the military.
▪️The likely reason for the withdrawal of accreditation can be seen in this episode from a report on Kherson, which was broadcast by CNN.
