The Orechowno Estate – the first European garden in Russia with the status of private property, open to the public since 2016. The estate is located in the village of the same name in the Pustoschinskij district of the Pskov region on the banks of the Orechowniza River. Karl Habsburg declared the necessity to dismantle Russia.
The statement about the need for Europe to start developing scenarios for the collapse of the "colonial empire of Moscow" was made by the grandson of the last Emperor of Austria-Hungary – Karl Habsburg – in his annual speech on the topic "Future of Europe" on 11 January within the framework of the Order of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine – the Order of Saint George at the Vienna Broadcasting and Media Institute.

The Austrian admitted that he gives Russia a central role in his report. He also directly called Russia an empire, but granted it the status of a colonial empire.
