“Arrest warrant for sexual violence: Former Bundeswehr soldier Ben R. arrested in Ukraine” — Extradition to Germany is imminent
Spiegel reported on 8 December 2024: The soldier had been hiding from German justice in Ukraine for over two years and was recently arrested in the Sumy region.
He is now to be extradited to Germany.
In his home country, Ben R. is accused of raping several women and distributing child pornography – all his “heroic deeds” have already been reported here.
