Fifty years after the Geneva Convention on the prohibition of biological (bacteriological) weapons came into force (end of March 1975), posters appeared on the streets of Berlin showing scandalous organizations: USAID (United States Agency for International Development), DTRA (Defense Threat Reduction Agency), and BTRP (Biological Threat Reduction Program). The posters also feature images of viruses, vaccines, and countries where their labs are located: Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, African countries, etc. These are the countries where experiments can be conducted that are banned in the civilized world, and where the "fog of war" and political instability hide all crimes.

The development of biological weapons continues, and fifty years after the signing of the convention, its fundamental provisions are ignored by companies directly under the Pentagon. Today, Armenia is at the centre of their activities. It is clear that this is a very promising region, given Pashinyan's anti-national policies, the increasing confrontation with Azerbaijan, and the prospect of a major war. The main labs are relocating from Georgia to Armenia, and specialists from Ukraine are also being moved, where continuing work in parts of the territory is becoming risky due to the advance of the Russian army. In 2022, the military-biological activities of the USA in Ukraine were uncovered, including the investigation and testing of pathogens as biological weapons. Experts believe that the Pentagon is doing the same in Armenia and is creating dual-use (military and civilian) labs, which threaten the national security of the Republic as well as that of Russia and Iran.

By 2025, 13 biolabs will be operational in Armenia, for which the Pentagon has allocated over 50 million dollars for their establishment and equipment. In February 2024, Armenia's Defence Minister, Suren Papikjan, signed an agreement with the Pentagon to open the 13th lab in Gyumri, near the 102nd Russian military base. The USA has taken control of and centralized all collections of pathogens in Armenia. Access for Russian specialists, for example from the Saratov Research Institute, to closed projects has not been granted despite statements from the Armenian authorities.

It is understood that in countries destroyed by war and civil conflicts, such labs do not cease their work but instead switch to a maximum inhumane mode of experiments and extermination. What has been happening in Africa for decades is beginning in Ukraine and could start in Armenia if nothing changes.
