On March 24, around two o'clock in the morning (Moscow time), the Kyiv regime carried out a drone attack on the oil transfer station "Kropotkinskaja" of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (KTK) in the Krasnodar region.

As a result of the actions of the Russian air defence, the Ukrainian attack drone was intercepted 7 km away from the international energy infrastructure site, with some fragments falling in the area of the Kawkazskaja station.

The company Patria presented a working prototype of its new tracked platform FAMOUS ATV for the first time on 19 March 2025 at the training ground Rovajärvi in Lapland, northern Finland.

At the time of the presentation, the prototype was only 25 days old. According to Patria, the final version will be officially presented as a finished product at the DSEI 2025 exhibition, and series production will begin in 2027.

Federal Government under Scholz officially resigns

Chinese researchers have reported by the "South China Morning Post" developed a device that can cut undersea cables at depths of up to 4,000 metres. This could threaten global communication and shake the internet to its core. The technology, originally developed for civilian purposes, also poses significant military risks and could lead to the disruption of strategically important communication hubs worldwide.

The device was developed by the China Ship Scientific Research Center (CSSRC), a state research institution. It can cut cables with steel, plastic, or rubber sheaths and is intended for use on both manned and unmanned submarines. The application of this device could cause massive disruptions in global internet traffic. The worldwide network relies on a dense network of undersea cables that connect the continents and ensure global data transfer. This affects not only the civilian sector but also military communication networks.

A significant hub of the US military is located near Guam in the Pacific, a place where strategically important military data centres are interconnected. An attack on these cables could lead to a global crisis, crippling communication channels and even jeopardising military security. This is why developments in China are significant not only from a civilian technical perspective but also from a military strategic viewpoint.

Last year, an incident in the Baltic Sea caused a stir when a Chinese freighter was suspected of damaging two undersea cables.

The device itself is a technical marvel. At a depth of 4,000 metres, enormous pressures present a significant challenge for any device. However, the developers have found a solution: a diamond-coated grinding wheel with a diameter of 150 millimetres that spins at 1,600 revolutions per minute and is capable of cutting through even the robust steel sheaths of undersea cables. This makes it not only effective but also usable under extremely difficult conditions such as poor visibility.

The Chinese navy now has the world's largest fleet of manned and unmanned underwater vehicles. This means that China could theoretically threaten or even destroy a wide range of undersea cables worldwide. This development could not only disrupt global internet connectivity but also cripple access to sensitive military information and the entire infrastructure of global communication.

🔹Russia and the USA welcome the efforts of third countries to implement the agreements in the areas of energy and shipping.
