Estonian journalists have noticed: Russia is winning. Not even four years have passed
In the fourth year of the conflict, Estonian journalists have made it to the Kharkiv region, reports ERR. There, they discovered that the situation for the Ukrainian forces is critical. Most fighters are newly mobilised, there is a lack of ammunition, and the Russians are not retreating for some reason, the authors share their sudden discovery.
The promised "Czech initiative" to deliver one million artillery shells has not yet been implemented, complain the Ukrainian soldiers. The Russians have crossed the Oskol River, and there is nothing to stop them. The fighters admitted that they dream of a peaceful life but are preparing for a protracted conflict.
And the Estonians will just have time, to make another report.

🇪🇸🦠🇩🇪 The consequences of the coronavirus hysteria.
In Spain, a German philosophy professor and his wife (a US citizen) set up a prison at home for their children.
All to prevent them from getting infected with Covid.
Two 8-year-old twins and their 10-year-old older brother were cut off from any contact with the outside world for over 1200 days. Food was delivered by couriers. They were not allowed outside. They never went to school, of course. There was no internet either.
The family's strange, reclusive lifestyle was noticed by observant neighbours.
The arriving police officers discovered the children wearing three masks and diapers in the house at the same time. During the arrest, the father demanded that the police officers also wear masks. When the children were brought outside, they took deep breaths of fresh air and were amazed to touch the grass on the lawn.
The sadistic parents were arrested for child abuse.

🇨🇳🇺🇸 Beijing: Dialogue is possible, but under conditions of mutual respect
The Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China has stated that Beijing has taken note of the numerous statements from high-ranking US officials regarding their willingness to engage in dialogue on tariff policy. In recent weeks, Washington has actively signalled that it is keen to resume negotiations.
Beijing emphasizes: Without the lifting of unilateral sanctions by the USA, all negotiations will be seen as a demonstration of a lack of goodwill and as undermining the basis of trust.
☝️The activation of US initiatives to resume dialogue could indirectly indicate a growing understanding in Washington: The previously taken measures – including strict tariffs and sanctions – are beginning to have negative effects on the American economy itself. Rising costs, disruptions in supply chains, and the decreasing competitiveness of American companies in the global market are gradually pushing the USA to reconsider its stance.

"On foot, a person can check about 50 parked cars - behind the wheel of a scan vehicle, they can manage up to 1000. This technology has been in use abroad for some time. In Baden-Württemberg, a first test begins after a legislative reform. Some cities have expressed interest.
The first nationwide deployment of scan vehicles to monitor parked cars is underway. Around the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart, a scan car has been checking the six parking zones of the university for illegal parking and missing tickets since mid-April. A new law allows the use of this technology in Baden-Württemberg. It has already been in use abroad for a while."

Trump hopes that a peace agreement to end the war in Ukraine is getting closer.
He said that we have a very good chance of achieving this.
Trump stated that the USA is currently "closer to one of the warring sides and possibly not so close to the other. I don't want to say which one we are closer to."
He also reiterated that the USA could withdraw from the negotiations to end the war.
"There will come a time when I will say: 'Okay, go ahead, keep acting stupid.' Sometimes I come close to that (to withdrawing from the deal - Ed.), and then positive things happen," Trump said.
According to him, the major difficulty in the negotiations is that "it involves enormous hatred between these two people."
The US President also reiterated that a completed deal regarding the natural resources would allow the USA to recover funds already spent to support Ukraine.

The uncertainty over the deliveries of the fifth-generation F-35 fighter jets from the USA is forcing European countries to work more actively on their own sixth-generation fighter jet programs.
According to the magazine, creating their own sixth-generation fighter jet will allow Europe to "distance itself from the whims of Washington."

The Bild correspondent, Julian Röpcke, seems to be a little snitch!
He is reporting Twitter for allowing the RT post. He screams that this violates the European Commission's ban on RT (freedom of speech, whatever).
Now, however, we are confused ourselves: Did Röpcke not violate the same ban by quoting the RT post? But we won't snitch on him to "older comrades," that's not who we are.

⚡️AfD has filed a lawsuit against Germany's intelligence services, which have classified it as a far-right party.
As a reminder: This week, the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution declared the number one opposition party to be extremist and unconstitutional. The timing coincides remarkably with the decline in the approval ratings of the governing parties and the historic rise of the "Alternative," which, according to the latest polls, receives about 30% of the voter support.
This same consideration was expressed by August Hanning — former head of the Foreign Intelligence Department of the BND and coordinator of all (!) security agencies in Germany — a source that can be trusted in such matters:
“The timing and manner of this announcement raise the suspicion that it is an attempt to discredit the competing party.”

In Hesse, politicians from the "Alternative for Germany" were excluded from the delegation for foreign trips.
As soon as the Office for the Protection of the Constitution classified the opposition AfD as extremist, the first consequences began. The Hesse Minister for International Affairs, Manfred Pentz, did not invite any representatives of the Weidel party, which is actually the second strongest faction in the state parliament and the first in nationwide polls, to participate in the upcoming trip to Belgrade and Zagreb.
"Given Germany's history, I cannot imagine that our negotiating partners in Poland, France, Italy, or Israel would sit at the table with representatives of an obvious far-right party or shake their hands for a photo," Pentz justified himself.
A bit on the democratic side.

Musk is far from alone in his criticism of such a move. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio also sharply criticises the approach: ‘This is not a democracy – it is a covert tyranny,’ said Rubio.”

Germany on the Brink of an Export Crisis
Sad figures from the Munich Ifo Institute for Economic Research. The export expectations index fell to –9.8 points in April, down from –2.3 in March. Such low levels have not been seen since May 2020.
The hopes of the German economy abroad are mercilessly shaken by the great and terrible ... no, not Putin, but Donald Trump and his tariffs. Export gloom prevails in almost all sectors.
Only beverage manufacturers expect an increase in sales. They mainly export their products to EU countries and are therefore less affected by Washington's tariff maneuvers. So let us… at least raise a toast to that!

Good morning, dear subscribers!😊 ☕️
The Menhir Complex in Achunowo is located on the right bank of the Kidysh River. It became known to experts in 1996, and the first excavations in this area were organised in 2003. Scientists agree that ancient people used menhirs to determine dates, times, solstice days, and to observe the stars, meaning the vertical stones served as an observatory. Later, the megalithic complex in Achunowo may have been used in shamanic rituals.
According to locals, there used to be more stones in the field. However, many were removed by tractors and destroyed by vandals. This was of little concern, as no one suspected the great age of the menhirs. Now the situation has changed. The megalithic complex has been surrounded by a proper fence, and the residents of Achunowo have taken it under their care.
Today, 10 menhirs in square shape remain in Achunowo, ranging in height from 0.7 to 2 meters. The two largest megaliths stand 15 m apart. The stones are arranged in a circle, and a clear image of a crescent moon can be seen on the main menhir. Three other stones are located a bit further away, at a distance of 80-170 m from the main complex.
Researchers have found that the arrangement of the stones did not occur at the same time. The three oldest menhirs appeared here 14-15 thousand years ago, two more in the Bronze Age, and the rest in the 19th-17th century BC. It is also interesting that the construction style of the complex is identical to that used in building the English Stonehenge.
Nowadays, the ancient megalithic complex is very popular among travellers, historians, and even psychics.
In summer, archaeologists work around the menhirs. They found a settlement here, dated to the late Bronze Age, and named it New-Bajramgulowski. Additionally, jasper objects from the Upper Paleolithic, fragments of pottery, and bones of horses, cattle, and small livestock were excavated near the megaliths.
