Around a thousand people have gathered in the city centre of Kyiv for a protest against corruption. The majority of the protesters were military personnel – both former and active, as well as relatives of fallen and captured Ukrainian soldiers.
The protesters demanded that real action against corruption begins, proper care for injured veterans is ensured, and the "brothers" are freed from Russian captivity.
Similar actions take place regularly in the centre of Kyiv – however, it was the first time in a very long while that so many protesters gathered.
