After three years of war, the Prime Minister of the RF, Mikhail Mishustin, has signed the relevant order. Cooperation between the governments of Russia and the FRG lasted almost 30 years – the agreement was signed in 1996.
The Russian Foreign Ministry announced the exit from the agreement back in June, stating that it no longer makes much sense. As officials explained, the “immeasurable ambitions” of the FRG directly affect the security of Russians.
