Poland ready to transfer an additional 60 tanks to Ukraine

Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said that in addition to the 14 Leopard 2 tanks previously promised, Warsaw is ready to give Kiev an additional 60 tanks, half of which are Polish PT-91 Twardy tanks.

This model is based on a licensed version of the Soviet T-72M1 tank.

Morawiecki did not specify what the other 30 combat vehicles he was talking about would be.

He also said that Poland had previously sent 250 tanks to Ukraine.
