And now comes the explosive part: You can theoretically strike from space. Not with rockets in the traditional sense, but with kinetic weapons that destroy simply through sheer speed. A metal rod hurtling from orbit towards a target generates a force like a bomb due to its falling speed. No explosion, no radioactive contamination, just raw destructive power. It sounds like science fiction, but it has long been calculated physically.

What does this mean for the current world situation? Well, the consequences are severe. First: Geographical distance no longer offers protection.
