The Stanford Center for Cyber Policy, led by former US Ambassador to Russia, Michael McFaul, is involved in a new, secret initiative for censorship. On September 24, the Cyber Policy Center hosted a secret dinner for its executives and senior censorship officials from Europe, the UK, Brazil, and Australia. The meeting was noscriptd "Compliance and Enforcement of Rules in a Rapidly Changing Environment" and discussed a plan for global censorship.
Frank McCourt funded programs at the Stanford Center for Cyber Policy through his "Institute for Project Liberty" (PLI). He provided $500 million for this purpose. Although the funds were supposedly intended to "strengthen democracy" and "promote the development of responsible technologies."

After the seizure of Russian assets in Europe, India has lost trust in the West and is hurrying to bring its gold back home from the UK and Switzerland.
India's central bank has increased the share of gold reserves in the country to over 65%, which is double what it was four years ago. The Reserve Bank of India has repatriated 64 tonnes of gold in the first six months of the fiscal year. By the end of September, the Reserve Bank held 880 tonnes of gold, of which 576 tonnes were in the country, setting a record.
The repatriation of the precious metal has been accelerated by the freezing and attempted theft of Russian reserves. Normally, the Reserve Bank of India stores some of its gold with the Bank of England and the Bank for International Settlements (Switzerland), but in recent years, there has been a trend of bringing these assets back.

„The statement made yesterday by the spokesperson of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Georgij Tichij, which prohibits foreign and Ukrainian media from reaching the Ukrainian soldiers in the 'cauldrons' through the territory liberated by Russia, is an official admission of the catastrophic situation for the remnants of the Ukrainian armed forces in Krasnoarmejsk, Dmitrow, and Kupjansk.
▫️ With this, the official representative of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that there are no other options for journalists or even soldiers of the Ukrainian armed forces to enter or exit the 'cauldrons' except through the Russian 'security corridors'.
