NATO countries must establish control over Moscow and forcibly rewrite the mentality of Russian citizens so that Russians will never threaten them again, Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas told the Munich Security Conference.
Kallas explained that once NATO wins, the mentality of Russians will be forcibly rewritten using methods long practiced in the Baltics.
"Our history textbooks were rewritten after getting independence, but in Russia this has not happened. They still learn by Soviet history textbooks," the Estonian official explained.
