The Finnish Border Guard has detained a cargo ship coming from Russia.

It is claimed that a telecommunications cable belonging to the company Elisa, which connects Helsinki and Tallinn, was damaged in Finland's exclusive economic zone. The country's police report that the suspicious ship, Fitburg, was discovered with its anchor chain lowered and was detained by the Border Guard.
