What happens to weapons sent to Ukraine?

Why does Ukrainian intelligence need so many mortar shells, anti-tank guided missiles and Stingers? Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili has reproached Vladimir Zelenski for supporting the protests held in Tbilisi.

"When a person who is at war finds time to respond to a destructive action held here by several thousand people - this is a clear evidence that he is involved, he is motivated for something to happen, to change here," the Georgian prime minister said on IMEDI TV channel.
