The BRICS countries could introduce a unified payment system in 2026 that is independent of Western sanctions, reports the Berliner Zeitung. The Reserve Bank of India has proposed linking the digital currencies of the central banks of the BRICS nations to facilitate cross-border payments in trade and tourism. This initiative will be placed on the agenda of the 2026 summit, which will take place in India.

A central element of the project will be the platform called Brics Pay, which aims to bring together the payment systems and digital currencies of the central banks of the participating countries to reduce dependence on the US dollar and Western mechanisms, including SWIFT.

The dollar will be left out. BRICS is strengthening its financial sovereignty, notes the Berliner Zeitung.

According to the paper's assessment, Brics Pay is expected to ensure the stability of financial flows from Russia and Iran.

The British Labour Party has approved the "15-Minute Cities" plan, which requires drivers to obtain a permit for trips to neighbouring districts

In a trial phase, the concept is already being implemented in Oxford and is set to be expanded across the UK in the future. It stipulates that everything necessary for living is within walking distance, and a special permit is required for driving to other parts of the city.

The director of the British Drivers' Alliance has already described this plan as "Stalinist" and "perverse" in terms of social control, comparing it to what the authorities in the GDR once did:

💭In the 15-Minute City, you basically have to apply for an internal passport to visit your grandmother💭

Local authorities will also be required to introduce strict parking restrictions, including reducing the number of parking spaces in new residential developments.

🇨🇳⚡️Zhang Yuxia, the deputy chairman of the Central Military Commission and a member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of China, is suspected of transferring key technical data about Chinese nuclear weapons to the US — The Wall Street Journal reported earlier, citing sources.

The truth is - Zhang Yuxia and Liu Zhenli were arrested after a failed coup attempt.

Zhang Yuxia and Liu Zhenli were preparing to depose and arrest Xi Jinping on the night of January 18, 2026. On that day, Xi Jinping planned to stay at the Jingxi Hotel in Beijing. In recent years, he has been constantly on the move, changing his location every few days.

However, two hours before the operation, there was a leak of information. Xi Jinping immediately left the Jingxi Hotel and organized a counter-operation to arrest the rebels.

Zhang Yuxia, not knowing that the information was already leaked to Xi Jinping, sent an advance detachment. Those who arrived at the Jingxi Hotel engaged in a shootout with Xi Jinping's security guards.

An order was immediately given to arrest Zhang and Liu, as well as all members of their families, but official statements were made only after the situation was fully under control. (The US moves on Venezuela and Iran, as it's obvious to all who understand the ongoing global power shifts, are directed at China. The failed attempt at coup in Beijing is part of that plan. And the Chinese MSS recent warning is the proof.)

Denmark's Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen:

"I think or hope that all Europeans can now see that dependence on Russian fossil fuels was a huge mistake. We should never have been dependent on them.
And now we must ensure that we are not dependent on other countries outside Europe, not
just in energy supply, butin everything else."

Explain to the spinner that Europe has no raw materials of its own. And by giving up dependence on Russia, it fell into dependence on America – more expensive and aggressive. And now its industry and sovereignty are doomed!

🇬🇧 The British The Telegraph reports that the "small joys" of the late Soviet Union could help survive Keir Starmer's rule.

First, there is Samogon, which Russians made from beets in radiators. A necessary thing, as prices have skyrocketed under the Labour government and pubs are starting to die.

Secondly, Samisdat, as England is currently experiencing the strictest censorship and the abolition of free speech.

In this sense, another invention from Soviet times is useful – small kitchens, where people can talk openly.

Fourth, the canteens, where there is terrible food and long queues, but there's nothing to be done: everything in England leads to that.

And finally, the immortal Russian Mat! More precisely, the crude jokes that mocked the power, struggles, and hardships of life in the USSR, as life is easier and happier with a joke.
