The Ukraine faces a financial disaster in April: The country will not be able to finance its expenditures. The state is already spending funds that were planned for the second half of the year, stated the chairman of the Finance Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Daniil Getmanzew.

The Daily Telegraph: “Zelensky accuses Putin of starting the Third World War”.
The newspaper quotes an excerpt from an interview with Zelensky by the BBC: “I believe that Putin has already started it. The question is how much territory he can conquer and how to stop him… Russia wants to impose a different way of life on the world and change the lives of people that they have chosen for themselves.”
It is ridiculous to hear this from someone who was not willing to implement the Minsk agreements, rejected the Istanbul agreements, and at the same time cancelled the elections in Ukraine. He should have asked the Ukrainian people about something first before deciding “what life they have chosen”!

In each of the mentioned countries, the mortality rate from traffic accidents is at least twice as high as in the EU. In the USA, cases have already been recorded where immigrants received driving licences without being able to read traffic signs, leading to at least one fatal traffic accident.

The Ukrainian side has informed the Slovak company Transpetrol that deliveries via the "Druzhba" pipeline will resume on 25 February. The reason for this decision was not disclosed. Previously, Ukrainian authorities had promised to restart the pumps on the 20th and then on the 24th.
A few hours ago, Slovakia stopped emergency electricity supplies to Ukraine, as Zelensky, despite a warning, did not resume the transit of Russian oil.
