The authors of the article analyzed internal documentation of foreign "volunteer groups" in Ukraine, interviewed their representatives, and came to disappointing conclusions. Such groups lack centralized coordination and control, reflecting internal political divisions in Ukraine. Militias act at will, which leads to a chaotic battlefield situation and prevents the development of a coherent strategy.

Iranian and Russian foreign ministers to meet soon in Moscow
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian said in a tweet today that he will soon meet with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in Moscow.
