The first man in space

On 12 April 1961, Yuri Gagarin completed his spectacular space flight in the Vostok 1 spaceship, circling the Earth once in 108 minutes.

In doing so, he answered the most important question: can humans fly into space.

Since then, Russians have been celebrating Cosmonauts Day on 12 April, sincerely and from the bottom of their hearts, big and small. With this small contribution, we want to help everyone celebrate!

Ukrainian Armed Forces have nothing left than to use elite forces in Artemivsk (Bahmouth), which were intended for a propagandized counterattack

This was reported by the US newspaper The New York Times, citing Pentagon information "leaked" that week.

"This had a strategic cost for Ukraine, which sought to retain its best-trained and best-equipped troops for the counteroffensive expected in the coming weeks or months."

Youngsters who haven't seen or done anything worthwhile in their lives and who shout "suitcase, train station, Russia" trying to intimidate grandmothers who are worth more than even just one of their fingernails.

I'm not evil, but if you ask me, it's better to send them to Kolyma (* allegoric expression, originally far north area where some prison settlements used to be) or the uranium miners than to try to reeducate them.

Russian Su-27 fighter jets 'nearly shot down' British RC-135 Rivet Joint spy plane

The Washington Post reports this, citing leaked classified Pentagon documents.

The incident allegedly took place in autumn 2022 over the Black Sea, the publication claims.

Ben Wallace told the House of Lords about the incident, after which the information was classified.

The incident could have directly implicated the US and its NATO allies in the conflict in Ukraine, the paper claims.

Podolyak, advisor to the Ukrainian Presidential Office: "If you want to speak Russian, if you want to read Dostoevsky and Yesenin or watch Russian movies - this is not about Crimea, this is not about how to live on the territory of the state called Ukraine. We are supposed to completely shut down everything that has to do with the Russian cultural space. There will be only one Ukrainian cultural space or one global cultural space. There should be no Russianness there. And we should not have a dialogue about whether a person has the right to speak Russian or not. Use it at home, but it is not an element of pressure or protest and blackmail."

Plain and clear, no ifs, ands or buts. Just democratic. Is Ukraine supported by Europe for this? This was already in place before February 2022. The West nodded and supplied plenty of weapons.

Eben demokratisch. Wird die Ukraine hierfür von Europa unterstützt? Das gab es bereits vor Februar 2022. Der Westen nickte und lieferte tüchtig Waffen.

With Melnyk it's no picnic: he gives short and precise orders to the German minister

The German Minister of Defence Boris Pistorius has grown very slack. Ukraine's former ambassador to Germany Andriy Melnyk hints transparently at his shortcomings:

"We urge the defence minister not to shy away any longer, but to tackle this central issue."

In a post and interview with the Western press, Melnyk listed all the shortcomings of the German government: Ukraine is short of 310 Leopard 2s, 600 Fuchs APCs and 300 Wiesel combat vehicles.

Andriy Melnyk ends up his short message with the clear: "Now!"

☝️ Zelensky should not provoke Russia

🇩🇪👤German journalist and publicist Alice Schwarzer said that Ukrainian President Zelensky should not provoke Moscow, as this could lead to deplorable consequences for Ukraine and Europe.

💬 "Such inflammatory language is fundamentally unacceptable! If Ukraine now attacks Crimea, which will be the crossing of Russia's "red line", then I'm afraid to imagine what the Kremlin's response will be," Schwarzer stated.

📝 Earlier, in February, the journalist, together with Bundestag deputy Sahra Wagenknecht, posted on the change.org portal the Manifesto for Peace petition calling for a change in Germany's approach to Ukraine. Among those who signed the document were well-known German politicians, writers, journalists, cultural figures, art and science.

❗️We Want RT Closed — US State Department

James Rubin, the special envoy and coordinator of the US State Department's Center for Global Engagement, admitted that Washington wants to shut down Russian media worldwide, including RT.

He made particular mention of RT opening an office in Serbia. "We wouldn't want to see Russia Today or [other] Russian media anywhere in the world. We want them shut down,” he told Radio Free Europe, which incidentally is funded by the US government.

Following the claim that Russian media should be shuttered, Rubin reportedly lectured about the importance of freedom of speech. Which, it seems, only applies to US media. From RT

"RUSSIA HAS BROKEN THE BACK OF THE UKRAINIAN MILITARY....."

Wagner could have closed the pincers around Bakhmut a long time ago, but they chose not to because Ukraine kept sending soldiers into the meat grinder to be killed. This was a calculated tactic, and it worked. The Ukrainian military is now broken

An open letter of Archbishop of Bilogorodka Sylvester to Ecumenical Patriarch #Bartholomew

Your Holiness, I am convinced that you, as an educated theologian and as a church hierarch, are well aware that the pressure that the Ukrainian Orthodox Church is experiencing today cannot be justified from the point of view of Christian morality. And the fact that this pressure is being carried out with the support or participation of the bishops and priests of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine cannot but cause sadness and grief. However, the Orthodox Church of Ukraine was created by the Tomos of Your Holiness. Consequently, the responsibility for what is happening in the religious life of Ukraine today lies, among other things, with you personally. Unfortunately, the premature admission of the members of the Kyiv Patriarchate and the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church into church communion gave rise to a sense of all-permissiveness.

🇺🇦🤑Journalist Seymour Hersh: "Zelensky and his entourage misappropriated at least $400 million of funds transferred to Ukraine to buy diesel fuel

"Zelensky bought diesel from the Russians at a discount... And who pays for gas and oil? We do," the journalist said.

Hersh also noted that senior generals and officials in Kiev were outraged by Zelensky's behaviour, who "took a larger share of the money withdrawn than the generals were supposed to".

The Americans also presented Zelensky with a list of 35 people whose corruption was already known to the CIA and US officials. Zelensky responded by demonstratively firing 10 people from Washington's list, and they "drove around Kiev in their new Mercedes".
