▪️Ukrainian artillery continues to strike at the border areas of Belgorod Region.

As a result of the shelling of Novostroyevka-Vtoraya and Staryi Khutor, several residential buildings were damaged and one person was wounded.

▪️Russian paratroopers, supported by artillery and heavy flamethrower systems, stormed AFU stronghold in the forest south of Kreminna.

Volodymyrivka, as well as Kuibyshivs'kyi and Petrovs'kyi districts of Donetsk were hit. Civilian infrastructure was damaged and one person was wounded.

Russian airspace will be closed to flights to Europe until 2029

A spring report by the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation reports that restrictions on civil aviation flights in the airspace of Russia, Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus will continue until 2029.

"We currently assume that the airspace of Ukraine and Russia remains closed until the end of the planning horizon (2029)," Eurocontrol said.

Turkey has launched its first amphibious assault ship, TCG Anadolu

It is 232 metres long and 32 metres wide. It is capable of carrying light aircraft, helicopters, drones, ground vehicles, light combat vehicles and 1,400 personnel.

The ship is built at Sedef Shipyard by a Turkish-Spanish consortium based on the design of the Spanish light aircraft carrier Juan Carlos I.
